WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! Kids go Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. They are worn out and ready for a nap when we get home. Its a small price to pay compared to weekly activities for kids there age. They get tons of exercise and get to play with other kids their age. TRY IT YOU WILL LOVE IT!

They worked all week and returned on Friday morning. GLAD my husband is home!!!!!!!!! Pump it up is having a PCSO day on Thursday the 22nd to thank them. You must show PCSO id to get in and all proceeds will go to hurricane efforts.

Guys are doing fine. Seeing lots of stuff they would rather not. They have air condition now and have had showers. One shooting today. They seem well rested today and just a little frustrated with the lack of plans. If you know jwalker you know he likes things organized. They really need socks, underwear, diapers, formula, walgreens gift cards for medications. A man today robbed the dollar general for paper plates and toilet paper for his family. I guess that stuff is needed also. I will try and get more items for you. Thanks for your prayers.

Hi everyone,
Our guys are back at work this morning. Carroll County and Douglas county are also there. I think our guys may return on Sunday. I will let you know. Another team may be leaving after that. Some of our men are going in a helocopter today to see everything. The cellphones are not working today. My husband called from the Jefferson Parish PD. He said yesterday looters were in peoples houses when they got to go home. I can't believe the nerve of some of these criminals. It is already sad to see your house water logged and then to see them stealing your stuff would make me crazy! Its great to see your posts it lets us know you are thinking of all of us!

Thanks for your support. I created a new post that will allow you to track easier. There were I think 4 guys who went who are not SWAT. They are now equipped as if they were. 3 of our snipers get to go up in copter tom. I hope we see pictures so we can see what they are seeing.

Our guys are doing good so far. They did enter the city today. They recieved shots today for diseases today. They will be on call at 2:00am. Then come back and sleep 4 hours then back out at 10:00am. Please remember to take donations to the SO they have a trailer setup. I made this new post so people could see and keep better track with this topic. Keep them in your prayers. I will keep you updated as I hear from my husband.

Well, they are in the city. They crossed over and helped for a while today. It has sooooo much water he said. It will take a long time to rebuild. He says it heartbreaking to see the families come back to see whats left today. After looting not much is here. Private home have been robbed. They will be on call tonight and are in 4 teams I believe. They got shots today for protection against diseases. If you know anyone with Kennesaw PD please encourage them to send a unit. I know Cobb is sending one. They need as many a possible.

Our guys are off to a better start today. A civilian cooked breakfast for them. They will be out today to help control the area. I heard they need socks and underwear for the people there. I dont know sizes. I guess we can send them with the next group going. Also ready to use baby milk and diapers.

New update Our guys get to sleep tonight and have to control 30,000 people getting to come back in the morning. He said 2 people tried to run over officers in a car today and were killed by gun fire. He said it seems like the only DRY land is where they are and everyone is trying to get there. He says its not a big area to have that many people trying to get in. If you watch CNN you will see the Jefferson Parish Officer pleading for help to our government. He is crying on TV. THAT IS WHERE OUR MEN ARE. They are by a main levy. On the border of 3 different parishes. GOOD NIGHT I hope for now I will update in the AM

Our guys are on the ground and working after a long day of driving. No rest for them now. My husband says its worse than he thought it would be. The odor is unbearable(this from a veteran who has seen war). He said it was very emotional to shake hands with the officers they were helping and to hear them say thank you for coming to support us. Our SWAT team and their SWAT team will be working together tonight. PLEASE PRAY FOR THEM! Phone service is not always working. My last call was about 9:30. I will keep you posted.

Hi everyone,
Our guys are about an hour out unitl they are escorted in. They have driven this far without stopping for lunch! Good thing I packed some snacks for the car. They think they will be working nights to help the Jefferson Parish area. I hope they hurry home this is our first time apart since the baby. I am so proud of all of them. What a great leader we have in jwalker! Thanks to everyone who helped provide for my husband and all of the people they are going to help! I will keep you posted with updates as I get them.

I was talking to Jana yesterday about 2:30 via yahoo IM. She told me she was going to SC for her check up with the MD. She told me she would IM me later to meet because she wanted to see the baby. My husband(PCSD) came home last night and gave me the news. I cant believe it. I just talked with her. She never said she was feeling any worse. What a shock! Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone who has had the blessed frienship with her. Jamie we are holding you up in our prayers! The entire PCSO is with you Bruce. We will be here whatever you need!

May have been the AJC man. He was stoped the next night in a truck fitting the disc. His boss told us he drove a white work van delivering papers and he could not have done it. The next night he drove through in a older model truck this time with the tailgate down around the same time and he was stopped by MANY deputies and questioned. He admitted walking to my neighbors house but did not admit to our house or any others. I guess we will never know. It has not happend since then.

Please do not call Paulding County Sheriffs Dept. unless you have information to give. You are more than welcome to ask me questions. It seems they have been flooded with calls. I dont want the deputies to get a speech on helping other deputies without reports. We just want tips to find this person. Thank you so much for your comments and concerns. Thanks for the support! I hope this doesnt happen again. A neighbor said she called 911 several weeks ago re: a truck stopping at houses about 3am. She did not take a tag # or remember the color. I hope we catch him.

Hi everyone! He did only target cops homes I think. We are Paulding however, Cobb officer and 2 others were hit I dont know where they are offices at. A friend of my husbands rode the sub. last night and no other homes were tracked with the footprints. Only us and Cobb cop. I wish I could have got a better look. It was 3 in the am and I was not expecting a visitor. I have a 85 lb boxer who woke me up crying I thought that was very strange so I opened the door and let her out to use the bathroom thinking that was the problem(I guess it wasnt). She ran him into the truck and he took off. I would like any info if you have it. We live off Dallas-Nebo.

There were 4 attempted activity at cops homes in Paulding last night. If you have any information re: this matter please call the local sheriffs dept. or email me. The person we believe is involved drives an older ford pick-up and is alone in his attempts. This is not the 1st and I'm sure won't be the last time we have had this happen. Please let us know if you saw anything unusal or notice a neighbor returning home around 3:00 to 4:00 am that seemed strange.

We have such a bad meth problem in Paulding. Its easy for us to say the 'local cops' should do more however, upper control at the sheriffs dept. limits this. I wish more of us would call in the problems and force the issue with the higher ups! The 'local cops' are not happy with the progress either. WE NEED TO CALL THE HIGHER UPS and report the issues. Maybe then our guys can do more about the problem.

All of the guys are home and doing well! Pump it up is having a PCSO party for them on Thursday the 22nd. from 6-9 pm . THANKS TO ALL OF YOU WHO PRAYED AND THOUGHT OF US!!!!!! All of the money collected at Pump it up will go to hurricane efforts!
