When I lived in Paulding County, officials wouldn't even allow me access to a public street, while the Marshalls office turned a blind eye. It took about 5 years and many thousand dollars to keep from being charged for trespass on a public street that ran adjacent to my property. Believe me, I am aware of the neglect of the Marshals office. They work for the board of Paulding County representatives, not the citizenship, Captian.
