Hopefully you have better results than we did about the dog situation. I asked so many times about our neighbors dog I finally had to call animal control. Good luck!

I'd call and turn her in. There's no excuse for that.
We actually did but never saw anyone come to the house. It really irritates me! It is wasteful.

I love St. Augustine! It is the most beautiful place. Go to the Fort so much history there. Oh and by the way.... can I tag along??? J/K have a great trip!

My lawn is dead except for the sewer lines..lol my neighbor on the other hand is a regular lawn waterer. Makes me so irritated because everytime that I see her sprinkler I think of the drinking water that she is wasting on grass! The importance right now is drinking water and bathing water. She has the greenest yard on the street. Not to mention watering when its not her day!

My heart is aching for you and my prayers and thoughts are with you during this difficult time. I pray that everything will go well with the chemo. My dad chose not to do chemo or radiation. The doctor actually agreed with his decision and we supported him all the way. I know that it is a tough time and I know that you sometimes don't know how you will hold on. But you will....through God's grace He will supply what you need at that time. Just talk about what you need to and let people be there for you and your parents. Support is so important.

My daughter is having gallbladder problems right now. She does not have stones but she has the pain. I didn't have stones either and went for 10 years with the dr's playing around with it. They finally did the surgery in 2002 and mine was enlarged and inflamed. It don't always have to be a stone!

Sorry to hear your neighbor is not playing nice. That's horrible.. they should of come and talked with you first. Did you just get a warning or is a fine?

If the covenant is no longer, why did they make you move the truck or does that have something to do with the county?
It had something to do with the county. Something about you can't park on the side of the street. I will send you a message and tell you what the person that held the covenant.

Why not move the cars in the driveway? Your subdivision probably has wider streets than mine, but I have almost run over a kid on a scooter because he came out from behind a parked car just as I was passing. Scared the crap out of me.
My neighbors are lucky I don't drink and drive or I would surely run into them at night.
Calling the Marshall's office when you were having a party was just crappy.
PS, Everyone that has a covenant should not be surprised about not parking in the street.
Let me clear some things up....his truck was parked halfway on the street and halfway on the yard. His wheel was on the gutter or whatever you call it.
As far as the party yep it was pretty sad cause that was mom and dad's last anniversary he passed away 11 months later.
As far as the covenant...we had one in the subdivision but the one that drew up the covenant decided it wasn't worth it anymore and dissolved it. So our subdivision has no longer had a convenant since about 2 months after I was here. Mr. B said he didn't want to deal with it. That is why our subdivision has gone so far down hill.

I would think you were in our subdivision....when we first moved in here over 7 years ago my husband would park on the side of the road just like everyone else in the subdivision. We all worked then so that was where he parked so everyone else could get out because he was the last one to leave. The neighbor across the street called the Marshall's office and then when we had my parents 40th wedding anniversary dinner here people parked on the side of the road and lo and behold they called the marshall's office again. I feel your pain

Hmm.. I wonder which neighbor it is? Does she have a med. sz. tan dog that runs up to the corner near me?
Ooh....Ooh how did you guess??? You know where I live and I think she had dealt with your husband at one time over fixing a lawn mower. If you know where I live she is the one right beside of me...the only one that is beside of me....She has kept the dog contained since our animal control run in and he chased my mom.

Exactly....didn't think of that one. At the time I just felt like screaming and still do. In my bathroom getting ready and all I hear is her music. What is a person to do???

What date is on the check? If it is dated for when they wanted you to hold it then you can always call the bank and ask if the funds are there. If they are and it is that date or past the date take it to the bank and get it cashed. My "neighbor" bought an item from me and wrote a check 6 years ago and it bounced. She never made the check good. But she kept the item.

yep, I have a lot of gospel CD's but she would call the cops and turn hers off. The only thing is that I do have a recording of her music. I had my camera on my porch and hit record and you can hear it very well.

Shoot the dogs if they come on your property.
If you find a big dump in yer yard, shovel it uo and put it at her front door.
I would call the cops but we are actually afraid of the retalliation that she would do she is that kind of person. So, I am living here dealing with all that she has to dish out! And, she is dishing it out!!

Her attitude goes back to the fact of the dog problems that she created. She let her dog run free and would always make the statement when kids would walk in the road well, if the dogs go after them they shouldn't be in the road! Its a long story....

I have a neighbor that is **ll from earth! Only to walk out this morning with her having her cd player on her back porch blasting it!!!!! You can't even hear your self talk on my back porch! I am seriously thinking about selling my house and moving to Florida!

My sister has spoken to her. My sister's house is full of mold and she has it in her lungs, sinus cavity and now its in her bloodstream. They are putting her on oxygen in two weeks. Mold does exist!
