1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
I usually leave out the parsley and use fresh Thyme, dill or Rosemary instead depending on what I'm using it with.
