You know for a fact last December in a meeting Special called by David Austin that the Lame duck commission of Tommie Graham and David Barnett voted for a IGA agreement that precludes the Commissioners from having any say so whatsoever in the running of the airport. Actually I low balled the figure on purpose because I do not remember the exact figure but I believe it was either $325,000,000 or $342,000,000 and it was in the full page ad that the Chamber of Commerce put out and was posted at one time on the airport web site
