    I saw that,

    I was looking around for articles on opionions of how it might affect the market.

    I have taken a beating on some tech stocks this last month,

    Mostly because I am greedy,

    I hate to sell thinking they will go higher.

    that's all part of being a "playa" right?

    Yes, its been in the business pages for a month or two now. I hope the WSJ doesn't end up with the same tabloid journalism that Murdoch's other news outlets are known for.

     

    Why are you asking? Were you in the market?

    i was making a trip to "coinstar" today, i don't think however that i quite have the 5.6 billion+ to outbid.

    FUDGE AUCTION - PROCEEDS TO PHS MEDICAL FUND

    this auction is for one batch (just under 2lbs) of either chocolate or peanut butter fudge with or without walnuts.

     

    winning proceeds will be donated to the Paulding Humane Society Lily Fund

     

    auction starts now and will end tomorrow Wednesday, August 1st @ 9:00am (real time).

     

    bidding will increase in dollar increments (meaning no loose change please).

     

    winner may request when they would like the fudge prepared.

     

    opening bid $5.

    I'm thinking of doing "scrolls" as invites - torn yellow paper - look all old and "important"

    i've done this before, for pirate treasure map invites. soak crupled up sheets of white paper in boiled water that has tea bags added to it. let it dry in a cool oven, however i guess hot sun outside would save on power. rip the edges to give it the worn look. i think i may have printed the invites before i soaked.
