Do you have a link? I haven't read that or heard that. So he shot first? All those 5 shots I heard on the video weren't pumped into him? (I thought I counted 3 shots, then 3 more but the media is reporting 5 shots, but I guess the first 2 shots weren't enough to stop him, so after yelling again "get on the ground" they pumped 3 more into him. The cops didn't have their video cams on. After 6 shots to the chest they then pull the gun from his pocket. I'm glad there are two videos out there showing 3 shots to the chest while the cop is on top of him, then another cop yells "get on the ground" and 3 more shots to the chest. Then they pull the gun out of his pocket. My theory is that their story would have been quite different if not for the videos.

We will never agree that 3 shots to the chest were enough after he was bum rushed to the ground, with no weapon in sight and another officer yells "get on the ground", which after 3 shots to the chest through the back was enough to kill him, 3 more shots to the chest just to make sure.
