It seems to me we have some rogue commissioners that are working on the theory "If You Build It They Will Come". Let's build a movie studio and Hollywood will surely beat a path to our door, Let's build an airport and we will surely put Hartsfield out of business. All we have is two failed businesses that government had no business starting in the first place and that we will eventually give away to some private company just so they will take it off our hands. Maybe that was the plan all along.

I am not a big fan of hate crimes but I suppose if anything is I guess maybe it is.
