  1. And they were underwriting according to Fannie and Freddie guidelines all along. Obviously you really don't know anything about the mortgage industry. You just proved it.
  2. Are you seriosly that thick? It's a typical canned statement. BofA didn't own CW at the time of offenses. So how can they longer practice something when they weren't a party of??? You need to stop now. It's embarrassing talking to you about something that you are clueless about. Save yourself the shame.
  3. You two really have a hard time debating and taking criticism. Typical narrow minded liberals, wear it like a badge of honor yet cry like little school children when thrown in your face.
  4. Give it up nutters. Your limited cerebral capacity limits you to anything above and beyond NPR sound bites.
  5. DOJ does it all the time. Especially now with racist in chief Holder in charge. Insanity is NPR lemmings like yourself. So stuff it. Oh so now you know exactly what BofA is thinking? lol
  6. Don't fret to hard sweet pea. As long as there are liberals around there will always be plenty of race cards.
  7. There was no evidence, just claims. And now thy it's settled no evidence needs to be submitted.
  8. The loan apps won't show any such thing. Racism is a state of mind at the time of an event. Your statement is the perfect liberal justification. Person X paid more fees because of him being a poor downtrodding minority. Rather then looking at the actual facts you just whip out the race cards.
  9. Liberal groups have been shaking down banks for decades all under the premise of racism. Fact is you can always make a claim of racism absent if any real truth or substance. It's liberals favorite past time to paint themselves as being the defender of minorities only to use them for political purposes. Naturally you won't see such realities from liberal tags like NPR, NYT and WAPO. They beat that drum the loudest. That's all this CW/BofA thing is. Just another in the long list of liberal shakedowns.
  10. Straw man arguement. Had nothing to do with article in question. Cudos for starting the rant with "fact of the matter" and ending with "just my opinion".
  11. No it's not, that's all in your head. I was trying to get thru to others that this is a typical liberal gov shakedown that had happen since the days of Carter. Then people start making ignorant assumptions based on zero facts that people should have known this, that or the other. God forbid some of you sit on a jury to judge others only to disregard the facts of the case and pull ignorant assumptions out of thin air.
  12. Morning miss Straw Man Queen, nothing else of value to add this am?
  13. But was all parties made aware of such statistical discrepancies? Funny how some people somehow have the ability to telepathically know things after the fact based on an article. Fact is those same people were as clueless as everyone else prior to the events. I wonder if they practice the same telepathic ability in there own lives.
  14. And you know that as an assumption or fact? I read the same article and nowhere does it have any EVIDENCE to lead to your assumption. Was such lawsuit filed before or after the purchase?
  15. From LPPTs link, highlighted for the comprehension challenged.
  16. Think what you will, I just hate when people throw out ridiculous straw man arguments over topics they haven't read nor understood, but love to hear themselves talk (whilst foot is on mouth). Sounds like an easy feat for you.
  17. More straw man arguements that has nothing to do with the facts of the case. CW and BofA were two separate entities at the time these supposed events took place. However BofA inherited the sins of CW. Comprehension over ignorance is hard for some.
  18. Yeah way over your head. The article is talking about supposed discrimination that took place at Countrywide. Before they were acquired by BofA. They inherited the sins of CW and were extorted by the DOJ. There were no claims made to BofA only CW. Foot In mouth disease strikes again? But I digress. CW was passing out loans like they were donuts so all you needed was a pulse and a credit score. If anyone including a minority didn't get a loan from them then most likely they had credit issues that sunk them. CW was an easy target as the cast of characters are long gone. Classic Chi
  19. Streamline? Your in over your head. Streamline product was FHA only, refi rate and term only. And I know way much more about mortgage underwriting and wholesale selling then you think. You haven't read the article nor understood who did what and when. So trying to argue the facts makes you look a bit ridiculous.
  20. Still has nothing to do with the article in question. Besides loans had to comply to Fannie and Freddie underwriting standards in order for them to be sold to them. Kind of defeats the premise of your argument.
  21. CRA led to the subprime implosion. Bleeding heart liberals cried the same tears that minorities where being discriminated (when they weren't) and the banks bended on their underwriting standards. Maybe the reason why minorities were denied credit was that they had a larger share of shaky credit. So rather then educating them on how to improve their credit rating, just shakedown down the banks to lower their credit requirements. What could go wrong? Yep. But lets not let the hard truth get in the way. Straw man argument that has nothing to do with the article.
  22. Even better and eco friendly! Strap'em to Volt or Prius!
  23. Go read the article. It was never proved and was under the deeds of Countrywide. Not BofA.
  24. Just goes to show how many people believe the smoke being blown up their behind. Kind of ironic NPR reporting it knowing they lead the pack in blowing smoke up the lemmings arses.
