Sounds like you might have a signal level problem causing that. Bad news is you need to schedule an appointment for a tech to come out and check it.. Let me know how it goes..

Looks like everybody is still having fun finding there channels. You are not alone. I'm still fixing mine. All of dvr series recordings are recording the wrong channel. So don't forget to reset yours. The new HD options are great. You can also now set your dvr from the laptop. Looks like most of the problems are now fixed. But if you are still having trouble, just let me know. But remember what Retired Teacher said.. when I'm good, I'm good.. but when I'm bad, I'm BETTER! Lol..

The box has to be updated thru our system, and all I can say on that is.. Backed up.. It will change.. OK p commers.. I'm headed home to deal with mine now.. If your old ch 8 WSB is now on ch 3.. Its the new lineup. The other ones will change sometime today. Mess is putting it lightly.. But its working itself out.

The problem with no sound on your DTAs is fixed by programming the remote that came with them and then hit the language button to restore sound to the box. Let me know if you need my help. I have plenty of dirty Dishes at my house if you want a Dish...lol

Raiders, I'm not completly sure on that one yet. I still haven't got home to mess with mine yet. But, I do know that the recording activates off of the channel, so Yes you may have to reset. But I'm gonna play with it when I get home and I will update you. Thanks for reminding me of this, because I got alot of series recordings.

Solo, sounds like you are going to have to schedule a service call. If you have tried numerous times to get the box to come on, its probably a signal level problem which can be fixed with a visit. The new boxes and system require the signal to operate at optimal level. We can fix it. Make sure you are trying to watch them on the new lineup..

Bella.. Your situation is different than most. The box I am refering to needs to go on tvs that have no box and are not new enough to have a digital tuner. Your channell lineup will change sometime today or tommorrow.. For now, sounds like your ok... Jill, you are correct about the D ville channels, they have been on the Atlanta channel lineup for a long time. I'm just trying to figure out how I'm gonna teach myself the new channels.. I will pass this along..

It also gives you some 100 channels too. Its called a DTA..

Is everybody having fun yet??? We changed the channel lineup last night to the new Xfinity World of more. I know its going to take some getting used to at first, but you now have more HD channels than any other provider. The boxes are taking some time to update to the new lineup. So please bear with us for a little bit. There are alot of boxes that need updating, including mine. Don't unplug your box, it will reset on its own. As for where the channels are.. I got to relearn them too. We have new channel lineups available at the office or you can look them up online. Sorry for the trouble.
