Well, one thing we can hope for is that a lot of times, theives brag about what they have done...so let's hope someone is listening when it happens. Keep spreading the word. I will call the SO on Monday to see about a Neighborhood watch.

My neighbor was broken into today around 1:30PM. They got in thru the back kitchen window - they took guns, jewerly and only a few tools..he/she, they didn't take any electronics. One of the neighbors got a description of the low life thief - Red Truck - blonde hair. The neighbor did not call the sheriff, b/c he thought the other neighbor was home and just had a visitor. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP!!!!!! This is the 3rd or 4th break in in this neighborhood within 2 weeks!!! All happening during the day time hours. I am asking the people of Mill Pointe to get to know your neighbors. If

I live in Mill Pointe. This makes me so mad and worried. I haven't seen any sheriff's cars in the neighborhood. You would think they would step it up Did anyone see anything? This has always been a pretty safe neighborhood up until recently.

Has anyone heard any more on this?

I stood in line yesterday at Nebo for almost 2.5 hours - but what got me, is that the LINE HOLDING that was going on and NOONE was out there to monitor it. There were several people "holding" the line while their friends or wife or husband sat in the car or at home and then came up when it got close to the door. Ihad to leave work early, stand in line with my daughter, it was cold, had to pee, and you are holding the line? WTH? Then we get in and there are only 9 polls. POOR PLANNING from Voter Registration. They really need to have more polls at each polling place.

Solo - my thoughts exactly. I was thinking all night how I could say this without being rude and going down to the level that they did. I totally agree that I would not vote for someone who had such hateful, immature, nasty followers as Mr. Avery did. I am sure he is a nice man. But he really should take a good look at his "supporters" next time. Conrats to Paulette.

Brad, I live in the cul-de-sac, next to the guy who had the big party Sat night. Where do you live?? I have lived here for 11 years, and really like it. Only had one MAJOR issue and that was two weeks ago with ONE drunk ass stupid neighbor and that is being handled as we speak by the Sheriff's Dept. But, other than that, it's pretty nice neighborhood. Hey neighbor, you really need to start cleaning up the TP!!!! lol lol lol just kidding!!

HEE HEE - That was MY HOUSE!!! Sorry if we scared anyone! The kids all thought it was great and we were sure NOT to scare the little trick or treaters! And to the person or persons who decided to do it both nights and place a sign up..how about taking a survey next time you want to make a S/D decision.
