That is generally where I hurt when I have bronchitis. Do you have a cough, even a mild one? No, actually that was my first thought. But, 'knock on wood' no respiratory symptoms.

do certain things you eat bother you lately? sometimes do you belch/burp more then you did? sometimes do you hurt any under your right rib cage? No But, I have reflux, so it is hard to tell if it is from that or from something new.

hmm ... sounds like either a pulled muscle or maybe gallbladder so far ... anyone had anything different? It is some intense pain .... took a muscle relaxer and nsaids and that didn't help very much.

I woke up in the night with upper back pain. Sort of under the shoulder blades and runs across the whole back. Any ideas what this could be?

Thanks for all of the responses. At this point considering cortisone shot as best option and adding the stretching too ... can't take anitinflamatories.

Well that's the hard part ... can't really tell. Just from the right side on the outside of the hip and kind of spreads around to the front and back at times.

Hmmm ... might be bursitis. I wonder how that is diagnosed. Did the cortisone help?

Hip pain that hurts really bad when sitting or laying a certain way but is better with standing? Nothing is broken (had x-ray), maybe some slight arthritis but not sure that is the cause. Any ideas?

@ 200 Images ... you are assuming that your experience exceeds that of the person whom you quoted (quite rudely I might add). I wouldn't use your services for that reason alone.
