I don't know which is worse- the politicians in Washington who voted for the stimulus to drive us in debt (and the subsequent raising of taxes to pay off the debt for the next several generations) or the local politicians who are lined up with their warm smiles and tin cups to get at our yet-to-be-tax money so they can piss it away on make-work and wish lists. Read Glenn Beck's "Common Sense" and remember who the elected officials are who are involved in this and similar boondoggles (both the local and the DC variety) the next time you go to the polls.
