Thank you Very Much This is exactly how I am, I was driving down our street one day after work and saw 4 boys chasing 1 boy they knocked him down just as I seen that I stoped my car got out and asked what was going on they said oh were just playing . I asked the little boy that they were pushing ws he ok he said yes I offered to take him home owatch him go hom while i followed him or even let him call his parents ..he sid it ws ok he was going home anyway Now all 4 of them boy always wave at me when I pass them ,

Yes I do first hand ,I have a county Gov Job and we have a assistant director that hemiliates people in front of other people pushes them till they quit.these are people that have hd thier jobs for 10-15 years.one man had a nervous break down then 1 yr later he committed suicide. I filed a grievance and a 18 page doc explaining every thing and about 8 other incidents from other employees and I was told that this is just how she manages.
