I am no expert, but this is what I would do.I would download another browser. Remove IE completely. Then use the new brower to re-download and install IE. If all your issues started with an update, the update could have corrupted your install... -Kelly

I would try Aveeno soothing bath treatment. My mom always used that when my brother would get hives and it would help him.. hope you feel better soon! -Kelly

It costs the HOA money to secure a judgment, lien a house. Probably has no effect upon you other than your family can't use the pool.

I'd take a couple beers over the next time he is out cutting the grass and ask him. The strip is still part of the original property and should be mantained as such. It isn't like the property cedes to the property next door because a fence has been installed one foot inside the line. If I was your neighbor I'd just cut it. It would be helpful to you and maybe I'd need your help someday.

We just found out today that someone is posing as one of our agents and posting ads on Craigslist. We have copies of his emails. He says he is in London and will overnight keys once he get the deposit. Be VERY careful with Craigslist.....

Hello, I just wanted to make people aware... If you are looking for rental property and are using Craigslist as a source please be VERY careful! It has come to our attention that there are individuals posing as our agents and posting our listings on Craigslist. They are responding to inquiries saying that they are out of the country and can overnight the key once a deposit is received. I don't think anyone would do that without seeing the home first but, you never know!!

Renters-Is Your Landlord Paying the Mortgage?
ExitTriCounty replied to ExitTriCounty's topic in RECENT TOPICS
It is crazy. I bought my first house in 1979 and by payments were $525. There are some big winners in this real estate market. My son lives in California and the prices went up so fast it didn't look like they'd ever be able to buy a house. They bought one this year for 56 cents on the dollar. -
Renters-Is Your Landlord Paying the Mortgage?

Well, remember 8 out of 10 aren't going to be a problem. But someone unfortunately is renting the 2 so it is a risk. I'd feel more comfortable in a home the landlord has paid off. Sounds like stay put unless they are going to purchase because the market incentives really favor a first time buyer. I made an offer today for a buyer and her payment is going to be $550 a month. -

Renters-Is Your Landlord Paying the Mortgage?
ExitTriCounty replied to ExitTriCounty's topic in RECENT TOPICS
It definately hurts but if you have the ability to make up the difference that is the best course of action. Letting it go to foreclosure or even a short sale is devastating to the credit rating. Short Sale is better than foreclosure but it is like getting hit by a car versus a train. If a landlord has a rental with negative cash flow then he or she should start by checking if the rent being charged is as much as the market will let you. You can see what the market rent is for a property by going to www.rentometer.com. -
Renters-Is Your Landlord Paying the Mortgage?

Unbelievable isn't it? I've talk with people that were lease purchasing and not only lost a deposit but a down payment too. Let alone the house that was home. -
We have had a number of people looking for a house to rent because their landlord didn't pay the mortgage on the house they were renting. Their stories are just heart wrenching. It is estimated that 20% of all foreclosures are rental houses. I noticed a service for renters on Realty Trac where they can get an alert if a landlord is going to foreclosure. The service is $24.95 for a year and you can sign up at: www.realtytrac.com I can't comment on the service because I don't know anyone who as used it but Realty Trac is the leading company in foreclsoure tracking. I hope this

Some People Think Health Care Reform Won't Benefit Them
ExitTriCounty replied to Eddie Bennett's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I am not for government running the healthcare system but something does need to be done. Among other things, the system charges higher prices to those who can afford it the least. Group coverage is quickly becoming out of reach for employers plus employees can't afford their share of the premium. If you are not in a group and have a health problem the insurance companies will not take you. Now, those same companies wandered up to Capitol Hill and lobby against associations being able to form a group plan while the companies are picking and choosing the healthy people to write insurance on. -
Say what you want about the food but their fried pickles were my favorite. Too bad for the employees, they were always friendly in there.

There are hundreds in the county that are foreclosed homes not listed for sale or being maintained. Realty Trac, a company that tracks foreclosure activity, estimates there are 700 thousand foreclosed but unlisted homes in the US. I am always getting calls from people asking if I know what is going on with this home or that; with no for sale sign and obviously vacant.

Special Deal On HUD Home Purchases

Sub Prime= Credit scores under 560, 580 (bad), no job verification, no income verification, high interest rates, adjustable rates, no money down and corporate creed. The little to no money is still there but the other stuff has gone away. At least give em the "new and improved" label.
