    Is the grass being a certain height hurting anyone directly? If not, then let it be. If you have a problem with it, talk to the owner whether it be the bank or an individual, they are the ones responsible. You can't call the county until it exceeds 24 inches in height, which is pretty dang high for most grasses. -PM
