Went up to the courthouse with my sister, to get death certificates of my Grandparents and little brother that passed away in 1947. We were told that we would have to get"certified" and we only wanted them to keep-well they are only $25.00 a piece. Why is this? we are citizens of Georgia and think this is something for the family!! $75.00 for 3 sheets of paper?? Think not!!!

Are we sure that he didnt do that already??? Just not his daughter?? i thought it weird that he skirted around all the questions and who expected him to say "Yes, I molested my daughter"? If the prosecutor had not set up there acting like a school kid -laughing at the defender, maybe things wouldn`t have turned out the way it did. along with everything else. Who knows that Casey threw her out there and no one but George seen her with Caylee last?? I think the whole family was holding back something except Lee and maybe he did at the last???

I agree I will never watch either of them again,, they have everyone guilty before they hear the facts and want everyone to agree with them or else. I agree with you , When a person` life is at stake, I think it is very immature for the prosecuter to sit there and snicker and laugh-I wonder what the Jury thought-And Baez was the bigger man by not wanting Ashton to get in trouble. I was very impressed at Baez In my opinion, the Judge has been all for the prosecution and I think Ashton thought that the Judge wouldn`t do anything to him. They may find her guilty.. I would have to agree with you, but on another side,(if and a big IF,) they did bring it out that she was molested-so if I was on that jury-- I would question all this against George and then I would probably think "This is her Dad, is she grasping at straws to save herself and to not throw him under the bus?" If I had been Baez, I would have brought up the "How do you make chloroform" and how long it takes? They just told that it takes hours and the scent stays in the house. What happen to the "compassion" for the mentally ill? They just explained that she was competent in the courtroom-but what happens if she was bi-polar at the time or schizophrenia? If it is as the State says-then I would definitely say there was something mentally going on.

How many people have been declared "Not Guilty" (since the DNA come out)-And they had eye witnesses and plenty of evidence- But they had already spent quite a few years in prison-WHO is going to give them those years back? Yes Casey did lie-but if George had molested Caylee- then if she did drown-- they would have done an autopsy and found this kid had been molested and someone would have went to jail-just my opinion...

Why would they want to have another trial? would only cost the taxpayers money, for Casey doesn`t have any. I think if they do have another trial, then they will come closer to getting her off because they will have all this stuff that they botched the first time. Just my opinion..

They say that more kids drown in a swimming pool..so why couldn`t Casey have just held the kids head under and say that she had drowned?? wouldn`t this have been easier? no jail time?? so maybe she wasn`t driving the car that was left at the store?? and why not get the tapes from the camera at the store?I dont think Casey has the ability to care or what or where her daughter was. I am beginning to wonder about this trial.seems that the Judge is making it plain whose side he is on, he doesn`t want the defense to get in anything. I dont say she is innocent or guilty, but do think she should get a fair trial.---I have said this before Why didnt George call 911 when he went to pick up the car at the impound, did he not know the importance of evidence when he thought his daughter and Grandaughter might be in the trunk? and he doesn`t have girlfriend? Why did George not call 911 when the car was on the impound lot and he thought that Casey and Caylee might be in the trunk of the car? He had been a detective and knew the importance of messing up the evidence? At the time Casey was missing also? IF and this is a big IF-If he molested Casey and had been molesting Caylee and she did drown in the pool-What if he had molested her and they would do an autopsy and see that Caylee had been molested? Something very weird about this whole situation-

I wonder about the smell in the car?? The car had set in impound to run up a $500.00 bill and was 20 something dollars a day-so with no body in the car ..where did the smell come from after such a long time?
