I went to Dr. Crumpler, had my back broke in 74 and he has always seen me thru the rough times. never had anything like this before. I took aleve yesterday and it provided a lot of relief, but dont want to have to continue meds, I will try the execise that someone recommended. sorry that you are in pain. When I am sitting down, I dont have the pain. but dont want to sit here forever LOL besides I have dogs to take care of and the house . I agree, dont know what I would have done without Dr. Crumpler! Especially when you see sooo many back surgerys that just doesnt work.

I feel for you Spunkywoman, I have been in your shoes. I know now that I done all I could for my kids and the Best that I could do. And it doesnt bother me anymore. They could be having a better life with me in it ,but it is their choice and their loss. I am enjoying my life now it is way less expensive, a lot more peaceful (I am not listening to their (I need) and way more enjoyable. And if people choose to believe what they say about me that is their choice, and I hope that that makes them happy. so cheer up there, you are not alone.

Spunkywoman, I am praying that things get better for you. As for what people say about you, well if they wasnt talking about you, they would be talking about someone else! I have been there and done that, my DIL accuses me of stalking and my daughter goes along with every word she says. (Dont know why one woman would be stalking another one?) I really didnt choose living alone, my kids are grown and my husband left. Maybe this is my time for me in life. I have so many things I want to do and have never had the chance until now. I think if people were suppose to be together 24/7 they would be joined at the hip. just saying..

I live alone, and it really isnt a bad life, I never see my two kids or Grandkids. I just had surgery and my son come to see me then, he drives a big truck and lives in Macon. Doesnt call that often. and my daughter lives here in Dallas and didnt come to see me when I was in the hospital or even called. yet I have this peaceful life, not enough hours in the day to get done what I want to do. I have a few good neighbors and a few friends and a sister in Savh ga.Neices and nephews. I know what loneliness is.But wouldnt trade the life I have now for the one when I had a husband,that was always gr

Maybe the Grandmother wasn`t allowed to be around,I didnt see my Grandkids for yrs. And what proof would I have had if they were being mistreated? Thank God they wasnt. Cops wont do much just because you have a feeling that something is wrong. But yes I did worry, if Parents will treat the Grandparents that way, who knows what goes on with the kids?? You just have to pray to God to protect them and hope for the best.
