The guy was reportedly sucker punched, knocked to the ground, his head beaten against the concrete, punched in the nose. All this likely happened in less than 10 seconds. Here is an interesting statistic I just ran across. Haven't fact checked it yet so go easy just in case. Young black males comprise 2% of our population but are responsible for 30% of the crime. Is it profiling if these statistics are anywhere close to true?
