I'm not sure what the rules are for posting a business name so....................? I don't want the PCom Cop on me!! I've seen The Court House, Sheriffs Departemnent, and the Retail Sales Tax Office TO much in the last week. I don't want to have anyone else on me right now!!!!

Thanks for the support, I REALLY hated that I had to do this. You are correct, they can file bankruptcy and open under another name; but I will warn eveyone I can on Pcom!!!!!! Since the business was not incorporated (DBA-Doing business as) could file against the person only! I have the bank account number since I had the good sense to keep copies of other checks that I did get!!!!! It might be throwing good money after bad to file suit but...........................Sometimes you have to try!!!!!!! I am still waiting to see if criminal charges can be filed. Bankruptcy won't cover that

Thanks-that How I feel about it too. I am going to ask that they be made to sell any equipment, merchandise. vehicles etc. or check to see if there is a way to garnish Social Security!!! I had a lot of items on consignment at a local children's consignment shop. While I sold a lot of items, I still have not been paid for any of these items!!!!! Shop is having problems staying open due to the bad economy and can't pay out on the items I sold. I have filed suit in small claims court (not a small amount of money owed!) over 1,000.00 since December 2009. I hated having to do this, but I had no choice!!!! Just be careful about who you are dealing with and check your account often!!!! Don't want this to happen to anyone else!!! Nana22

We had a hodrrible time with our daughter now 24! What worked for us was putting a screen door up in the house! I know sounds strange but we could hear her, but she couldn't climb over it. We latched it from the outside and removed EVERYTHING in her room placing the mattress on the floor. There was nothing she could climb on or get hurt on. Everynight she cried for hours on in but as time went on it was less and less every night. TRUST ME I KNOW HOW HARD THIS IS. Now when her 2 year old started getting up during the night; Guess What! The place close to the old courthouse is: The Corner Cafe-I'm there every Wed. morning. I think the food is VERY good and reasonably prices. Nothing fancy and they have great biscuts. I say let's try to support our local small businesses so we can keep them! The Corner Cafe now has outdoor seating! Compliments of the City Of Dallas!!!! I guess Jessie (Bandido's) just made someone else in Dallas mad???
