I recently applied for a mortgage to buy a house,now here is some things I ran into. There is grant programs out there to help you buy a home. They range from $5,000-$25,000.000 depending on your county. So far it sounds good,nice names like Georgia dream and home path oh and the biggie NSP neighborhood stabilization program. Many more too that have very pretty names,only one major problem it has a cap on what your household can make,after all they told me it is for the needy. Look people,the news says we had un-employment fell to 9.4% lowest in 19 months. Sounds good right? Living in Dallas has sure been nice,the town has the spirtit. Thanks to our Mayor,the city counsel and the hard working employees. Why not drive through Dallas and let it take you back to a time in history we all treasure. The little shops are decorated the light poles are,and the whole town looks like a Christmas post card. Thank our Mayor and city counsel when you see them. Then thank the hard work of the people that work for the town.
