Hello Everyone, was just reading some of the posts on this thread and wanted to give some input. If you notice the drying time taking longer, then check your venting. Go outside and make sure you feel the airflow from the vent. If not, there is a restriction somewhere and the problem is easily fixed by cleaning out the venting or correcting the restriction. Also, it never hurts to give the clothes an extra "spin" before putting them into the dryer. Also, the FL Maytag shaking problem could be from a suspension rod problem or counter balance weight problem. I don't know why part

Hi KRM, Ginger Whiteis Photography is correct about cleaning out the defrost line. That would be a good place to start since this line does get clogged from time to time and will cause leaking if clogged. Let us know if we can help.

Hi, just wondering but have you checked the thermal fuse? It is about a $12.00 part that goes bad and will cause the dryer to not work at all.
