So, I was in the Disney store at the hotel I stayed in, and kept running across a Disney World soundtrack that I really wanted and forgot to go back and pick up. It wasn't for SpectroMagic, or Wishes...but it had the songs from Wishes (the fireworks show) as well as the songs from the rides all included. It was multiple discs. Now I'm back home, and I can't find it. And I can't call the gift shop, because the sweet woman that runs it didn't understand a lick of English.

He's definitely awesome.

Out of curiosity, how does that work with the sisters? Are they close?

I'm interested to know, also. Dxh and I are currently practically neighbors, but will be living across the state from each other. We'll be a good 4-5 hour drive apart, minimum.

I'm kinda hoping. She's never been a monster...not outright defiant, rarely in trouble, etc...but some of the things she used to do.... . It's like I'm on my toes waiting for something crazy, and she just hugs me, kisses me, and asks me to read her a story or show her how to paint something.

I'm calling BS on this one - I saw three, THREE rainbows in Florida last week and not one of the three rainbows came after a shower. Scientifically impossible, I'm sure, but it really did happen. The two days we had showers, we didn't get anything but pretty sunsets.

Ugh... . That's one city I'm dying to visit. The other half has been twice - we're planning a visit, but haven't set a date yet.

It's gorgeous! One day I'll make it out west. Dxh's and his family are from out there - he absolutely loves it but hasn't been back since he was 14 or so.

Oh, she had a perma-grin most of the week. My dad couldn't get her to smile for pictures at all (she hates being photographed, believe it or not), but I caught some big smiles. Thanks! The older she gets the more I worry. I just have her....I can't imagine having multiples getting older on me. She's already said she's never leaving me - I have a feeling she'll change her mind right about the time she learns how to (properly) apply eyeliner.

Thanks! You know what stinks, sort of? She's not really a 'HR' anymore. She's calmed down alot, has turned into quite a little prissy girl, and doesn't get into near as many messes....of course, she still pops off with some of the craziest stuff, I need to start carrying around a voice recorder. She was sooo excited! I don't regret not doing the make-over at all. She saw one of the little girls with the extensions and whispered 'Mama...what happened to her head?' with this face --> You made it through all of those? Dad and I, combined, have 35

...where does the time go? As most of you know, I joined p.com in 2004, when I was all of 5 months pregnant. Last week we celebrated her 5th birthday, and I have no idea how I escaped with so few tears. Something about the kiddo getting older that I just can't handle. Anyway, I promised Princess pictures, so here they are along with some others. We wound up deciding to save the $50 and do the make-over in the room before we left. I'm sooooo glad I did because, with the exception of the Cinderella bun, the rest of the hair-do's they had to pick from involved teasing and extensions.

Thanks! Oh, you're awesome! We did! It was a blast! No....I want 94 degrees and sunshine again. We did! They wouldn't have fit in the book they were selling at the Disney store, but they fit in the sketchbook. She had sooo much fun.

Sooo....I've been in Florida/Disney for a week, am not about to search through fifty thousand pages, and the search bar won't let me search 'Due West' because Due has three letters.... ...is Due West still closed, or do I have to take 92 to work again?

They took the alcohol out of kids NyQuil. And I don't have any adult NyQuil.

Sort of. I have to be at my dads in 4.5 hours to pack up and hit the road to Disney....and I can't sleep. I'm worse than the kid sometimes.

You know that commercial where the kids won't go to sleep because they're excited about Disney and the parents keep getting onto them....then the dad rolls over to the mom and says 'I can't sleep, I'm too excited'...and the kids yell 'I heard you!' from the other room? That's me.

I've been here since '04...I think I've turned that forum on maybe twice - I have to turn on my forums every visit, so that tells you how often I go in there. I have no idea who's in there or which way the group leans.

Turn your head sideways and watch. She does this all the time, out of the middle of nowhere. Normally she's better at keeping a straight face for it, but I think the camera caught her off guard.

You so just made my night. She is not playing football this year - I have class on practice nights. Most of my HR stories are things she's said rather than cute things she's done. Like, last week the fiance smarted off about Obama and she popped back with 'Don't be such a republican' . And she said she's not a hippie because she has clean feet. And, at the moment, she has a tent popped up in her room because she took my 'Don't just sit around and wait for Disney, go camp out in your room if you can't sleep' very literal.
