I like beer; it makes me a jolly good fellow. I like beer; as a matter of fact sometimes it makes me feel mellow. Whiskeys too rough, champagne costs too much, and vodka puts my mouth in gear. This little refrain should help to explain; as a matter of fact I like beer!

I am considering taking a job out of state. I currently own a very nice home that is not worth what I owe, or so says the bank. That means I will likely become a landlord. Who here has been in this situation? Is it better to have a management company involved? Is there someone you would recommend? Are there any other tips that you would be willing to share with a "landlord newbie?"

Yes, it is the DVR I got from TiVo about two years ago. Mine will not record two digital channels at the same time. I'll follow up with the TiVo people tomorrow. I may just dump Comcast after all. It sounds like ATT has it going on!

My TiVo DVR can record one analog and one digital channel. It had NO problems before Xfinity. I could watch one channel and record another; or record two channels at the same time. Comcast did away with the analog channel availability for what-ever reason. It still sux for me. Are you saying that there is a DVR that will record two digital channels at the same time?

That car caused me to jump back into Ford stock again. That is the best engine design I've seen in a long time.

This Xfinity stuff has my TiVo all screwed up. Before Xfinity I could record two channels but now can only record one channel and I have to watch the same channel I am recording. Has anyone found a solution, or should I just give up?
