I feel the same, but I think its the Holidays. Some people are just to broke this year to have a good Christmas, and some aren't having any at all. Kind of hard to enjoy yourself and know there are people starving and kids going without. Horrible...

Okay, so I have a friend that recently just got over brain surgery from being assaulted, and before he was assaulted he had 240 hours of community service to complete. Yet, since he had surgery he cannot work outside or take any chance of falling anywhere or getting hurt. He P/O Isn't helping at all by giving him places where he could work inside or something easy. I know he can't expect things to be very easy, but he atleast needs something inside. He has proof of everything, but yet again he P/O just doesn't care. Honestly, at my first glance in the store, they were UGLY, but then they grew on me. I actually want a pair now. $100.00 is a little much, but they are suppose to be good shoes. Specially for sporty kids. They are suppose to be like Nike shocks, but better. Goodluck though.

Hmm, I hope you find out what it is. I don't have insurance so I am waiting to see if it get's any better soon. Yet, I don't feel a stiffness when I walk but it does hurt for a second then I'm able to walk just fine, yet I cannot bend my knee all the way back, if I do it feels like I have a rubberband in my knee that's going to pop (best way to describe) But I do get sharp pains from time to time up and down my leg. I am DEFF concerned about the blood clot situation though. I might need to check into that.

I am only 21 and having the same problem. Except my leg isn't swollen. I was reading online that if you sit indian style or sit on your leg alot or sit cross legged, that it can cause inflammation in your joints. Mine has been hurting for a month of so, and nothing has seemed to help, but my knee get's REALLY hott from time to time, which usually indicated inflammation. Mine get's worse the more I walk. I just read that ice is suppose to help. Hopefully mine isn't a blood clot, I never knew a blood clot could hurt? Hmmm...

My next door neighbors kid was on the bus, he just has some bruises. I didn't know what was up when I heard all the sirens by my house. Didn't ask if anyone else was hurt or injured.

This is awful. I went highschool with Michael and was friends with his brother Johnathan. My heart goes out to this family. Much prayer is needed. Specially for his wife and newborn baby boy.

I think there are a few Elementary Schools that run Georgia Lottery funded pre-k programs. But other than that, most day cares run Lottery Funded Pre-K programs aside from the daycare part of the building.

Yup, my dog got immune to Frontline, I have to change it up sometimes. I actually wanted to try what they had at the dollar general which sounds completely crazy! But it actually worked and it was only $1! It was liquid just like frontline and it was made by sargents or sergents? I'm not sure. but it worked good. I also give my puppy a bath in DAWN (blue one only) dish soap and it works amazing, the vet recommended it to me, but you should put a conditioner on them after because it does dry their skin out, and if your dog is white which mine is all white, then it makes them VERY pearly white!

Yeah his PO said it was fine, they have to let him because he lives so many miles away from Atlanta. But thank you everyone, if anyone else knows it would be great. And he can only do it on the weekend because he works and after work he is ordered to AA.

I have a friend that has to serve 240 hours of community service, his probation gave him a list, but it is in atlanta, and he cannot drive to atlanta every week. So does anyone know of places in the area? From here to Carroll county, we have called a few places and they were out right rude. He cannot work at the animal shelter because he is VERY allergic to animals. Anyone know a thirft store or anything? It would be GREAT! Thank you!

Does anyone have a play yard they are trying to sell. Like one of the panel ones. I desperately need one, and am not looking to spend more than $25. I found a few on craigslist for that price, but they are to far. Please let me know! It would be wonderful! Also, it is to keep puppies in, so if anyone has a play yard for the puppy that would be great.

Yes! Me & Hubby are DEFF interested! We live down Buchanan, yet I don't work and I am in New Hope almost everyday off Old Cartersville. I tutor my Nephew after school. So I am out that way! Yet, wouldn't be able to till around 6:00 pm. I could do mornings though, just without hubby! Would DEFF have to be during the weekday! Hubby working at the Funeral home which means always on call! My little sister and brother attend Northside, they got a letter home stating that family had a recent home fire, and asking if clothes could be donated. I told my grandmother about the family and showed her the letter they sent home, cause my grandmother knows so many people that have extra clothes. Yet, we couldn't find children clothes but have lots of adult clothes and household items that are in very good shape. I just don't know how to go about getting these to the family and also finding out the sizes of the adults if they need anything. I just can't stand the thought

I have a beautiful little baby girl puppy from there! She is wonderful. Yes, some of them are mixes. As a matter of fact, mine is a mix. They are not as expensive as other places. Plus, they come with their shots. AND you have 72 hrs to take them to the vet. I would recommend this place. These people are very sweet, and make great deals! You have think, they are also just trying to make a living and get by like all of us! :-D

My 9 year old son is in the 4th grade and is failing all of his courses. I am completely besides myself with this situation. He constantly is studying and working hard to improve his grades, Yet nothing seems to pay off. I have 3 other children including an infant to care for and my husband works alot. So unfortunately I do not have time to sit down and study with him like I would like to. Even though he is studying alone, I think he gets thrown off alot and distracted.
