My way of thinking is that there is no better couple than two people, in our case a man and a woman, that work as a team. Without one feeling superior to the other. After 30 years of marriage, it works for us. We laugh together all the time and our life is good. Frankly, it's the only way it would work for me. Well, the fish was very, very delicious. If you have fish that you are not sure how to season, look up Mario Batalli's recipe for fish tacos and use the seasoning mix described. It's pretty amazing.

I am. Fish tacos spiced with a Mario Batalli spice blend recipe. Slaw made from a Neely recipe and as a side dish, a barefoot fresh corn sauté. As toppers, whole foods mango salsa, cilantro, candied jalapeños and red onion. I depend entirely too much on the Food Network. LOL What's cooking at your house?

I don't boil my cabbage for very long at all. I par boil it and put it in a hot cast iron skillet with the grease from frying 3 pieces of bacon, flash fry it and top it with the crumbled bacon. Didn't do any of it this year.
