  1. E2 on scene - in south bound lanes near Regions bank. No need for GFC. E2 requests Hiram unit for traffic control. HPD 713 en route. 15:10 - 713 on scene
  2. small fire - wood chips on fire in playground? any good boy scout would bust out their extinguisher to save engine 2 the trip.
  3. no contact for 2 weeks and car has not been moved. SO 176 en route.
  4. paper tag - didn't hear where the 10-17 was at. Units confirming description.
  5. R1 on scene In the initial call-out the SO unit said the woman went home and shut the door on the officer. Sounds like the officer gained entrance. Thought SWAT might need to be mobilized on this one. 14:32 - Clark on scene

  8. 77 Athenson Woods Path x-street of Old Cartersville Rescue 1 responding. This was a 10-50 where the driver left the scene and went home - then cut her wrist. clark med 1 responding - ETA requested - no ETA available from Clark 14:24 - SO unit advises servere cut - ETA 5-6
  9. no - this was an animal control call-out - they use the same radio system as the SO and FD.
  10. I'm sure it gave the parent or guardian a scare. My kids are 8 and almost 6. If they are outside either my wife or myself are out with them. I never want the feeling of panic if I couldn't locate one of them. I know they will have to leave the nest soon enough - I just don't know at what age that will be appropriate - I remember when I was growing up I roamed the neighborhood at 5.
  11. PCFD station 6 is on highway 61 north of North side elementary - this is known as the burnt hickory area.
  12. SO units 144, 132, 194 responding. Child missing 20+ minutes. Last seen in back yard. Name given, but withheld - no description or clothing given. Be on the look out.
  13. didn't catch address. Caller is handicapped and can't perform CPR. later dispatch advises that victim is possible signal 48. Engine 2 and clarks on scene. Engine 2 confirms signal 48.
  14. it is interesting to listen to the animal control dispatches on these types of calls.... bwitchy, I trust you fully recovered from your mental anguish.
  15. I have not noticed her voice as battalion on the radio. I'll try to pick her up in the future.
