no - this was an animal control call-out - they use the same radio system as the SO and FD.

I'm sure it gave the parent or guardian a scare. My kids are 8 and almost 6. If they are outside either my wife or myself are out with them. I never want the feeling of panic if I couldn't locate one of them. I know they will have to leave the nest soon enough - I just don't know at what age that will be appropriate - I remember when I was growing up I roamed the neighborhood at 5.

I have not noticed her voice as battalion on the radio. I'll try to pick her up in the future.
