  1. Once the vinger dries put a fabric softner sheet or two. They help freshen up the vinger smell. Also try putting tin foil for a week or two in that area so when he walks there it will make noise and sometimes that scares them enough to stay away from that area. That is a hit or miss. My cat does not scare to easy she would play. Most cats would just walk away.

  2. Start going to some of the bridal shows, they will have a lot of people there that can give you more options and ideas. I used an FOP lodge and went in the night ahead to decorate. I have been to White Oak park and they have a a very large Pavillion with a Kitchen area. I would check into that. You said you already have someone to take care of your catering, right? Plus with the pavillion it is covered and they have power and ceiling fans. I have been several times and it is a beautiful park.

  3. I have a Belguin and I can not leave him alone with small children. I love my dog but know that he is not good with small children, however even so maybe her dog did not show agressive issues before. Myself personally I would not have left the dog alone, but it would not have mattered what kind of dog. This poor person is going through enough. Like one of the other posters said hind sight is always 20/20. Who knows she could have been right there and this could have happened. You just never know. I had an experience with one of my brothers dogs growling at my nephew at a very early age. We will never know exactly what was going on. Please have compassion for this unfornate person, she will be dealing with this for a very long time.

  4. Have you thought about applying for 911? From what I understand, typing is the hardest thing for lots of the applicants. Since you can type, maybe you might want to check on it. :)

Thanks I will check into that. I really appreciate the suggestion!

  6. I worked as a teller and customer service in banking for almost 12 years and I went for an interview the other day for another type of work and the person said to me well the bank is still open why don't you work there? I said I was laided off because my position was eliminated. I guess some people don't pay attention!!!!

  7. You know Kat and Jenn will be there. We won on Trivia Tuesday and free dinner for 2 from MacFarlanes!!!! What a great place to eat and play. Thanks to Brandon and Mark, we look forward to tonight!!!

  8. I lost 2 cats this summer due to age and kidney issues. One was almost 23yr he was a tuxedo and 18yr calico she went first and it broke his heart and he died about 3 weeks later. I stayed home with him and help both of them when they passed. I miss them so much. I am so sorry for our loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

  9. I save an avereage of about $150-$200 a month in coupons and discount shopping. My best advice is to buy a double news paper every week but not this week because there will not be coupons (per pcomer post) if I find that there really good coupons that I use I will buy 2 double. I share with friends and family and they also share back. Watch for food sales and keep in mind that when you are out, take a few extra minutes and look at the price of things that you would normally buy and see which store has the cheapest on that item. Make a note and when going to that store save your coupons for those items and make a trip once a month or less when needed. I still can save around 40-50 dollars even at Wallmart with reg coupons. Kroger has double and I wait for stuff to go on sale. I bought Rotel canned tomatoes, on sale for .92 cents per can had a .30 cent coupon and then Kroger doubles so I paid .32 a can. The other day Kroger had cat food Iams normally almost $9 a bag went on sale for 5.29 and I had a Kroger$5 off any size of Iams cat food so I got a 3 lb bag of cat food which will feed my cats for at least a 2 weeks for .29 cents. My mother taught me how. I have had to really tighten the belt since I have been laid off and I have reworked and figured out what is really needed and what is not. I found that my quaility of life has not suffered much. Just begining creative has actually been a lot of fun. I big night out for my husband is a $5 pizza at Little Ceazers. They have cards that they don't advertise you get a punch every time you make a purchase. After 10 trips you get a free pizza and you spend $25 we can spend that just ordering 2 large pizza's being delivered maybe including a tip B) . Their $5 dollar Pizzas come with cheese or pepperoni. I can not buy them any cheaper and cook them myself. I have lot's of great ideas for saving money.
