  1. Mrs. Roberts was a very sweet lady. She was the secretary for all of my years at Hiram Elementary. I went from Kindergarten through 6th grade there and if you needed anything she was always there and willing to help in any way that she could. We went through quite a few principals starting with Mr. Pezold and ending with Mr. Cave, but Mrs. Roberts was always there. You will be greatly missed. Rest in peace, Mrs. Roberts.
  2. We have Wellcare and the will pay for one eye visit a year and for a pair of eyeglasses. We went to an Mobley Eye Clinic in Austell right off of Austell Road.
  3. You will be greatly missed Rocky. Rocky and my dad were very good friends while I was growing up. Everytime the kids in the neighborhood seen his brown van come down the road, we all took off running to him. Even years later when I would see him in Walmart, I would go to him and give him a hug and kiss and just talk with him. Rocky, RIP, you will be missed by many, and I love you dearly. Becky
  4. I have search for Jerry Smith Funeral Home and can't find it. Can someone tell me if this is where Coach Green is at and if its in Woodstock? Trying to get directions. Thanks if someone can help.
  5. I cried as a read this. My son called me from work and ask if I would see if there was anything on here about Coach Green. A friend of his called him. This man was so special when it came to his ball players. I remember when my son played at EPHS and they went to Jonesboro to play in a tourament. The school we went to was where Coach Green came from and all the kids were excited to see him. I think he has touched lifes every where he has taught at. He not only taught them how to play baseball but he taught them values. My son worked alot of Saturdays on the field at EPHS, such as laying sod an
  6. I just thought I would let people know that the service for Bill VanVleet is being held at Clark's Funeral Home. Vistation is tomorrow Thursday, December 9 from 4-8. His service will be Friday, December 10 at 3. Bill was a midwife and just delivered my baby in September and he will be greatly missed. He was a great doctor and man. Please keep his family in your prayers. I do not know who the other person was that died in this accident, but I am truly sorry for her family and will keep them in my prayers.
