I haven't asked what they would charge to take off the braces today b/c I don't know for sure if that is what I should do. According to all the people on here, I got an okay deal and am not being screwed over for the braces. And yes, her mouth is killing her today. She is hardly talking at all b/c she says her mouth hurts and she says her gums and her lips and cheeks hurt worse than anything. So I don't think it's worth putting her through the pain twice just to save 500-800. Thanks for everyone's input.

This is where one of my friends went and said that they were about 2000 less than Justice. But adding your price up, he is only about 500 less. I just want to make sure that I am not paying so much more than what I should have to pay.

I haven't asked them if the 2000-2200 less is after insurance or not. They just said that they place that I went to quoted them 2000-2200 higher than the ortho that they are now using. The 5300 includes diagnostic orthodontic records and x rays, top and bottom braces, all checkups and tightenings, most appointments needed outside of regularly scheduled appointments, removal of braces, and retainers after the braces are off.

She is being treated for an overbite, but they said she had to have them to make room for her other teeth to come in.

My daughter has been going to an orthodontist that her regular dentist recommended to us. He has been looking her teeth over and doing xrays for about 2 years now. We have seen him between 4-6 times. They have never charged for the visits or the xrays. I asked the lady on our last visit if Wellcare paid for ortho and she said no and I asked then why haven't I been charged for the visits and xrays. There is a Douglasville Books also. They have really good deals there. You can trade in books and use 75% of your credit on your purchase. They also have lots of clipped books for .50 cents each. I had a bad feeling when my stepmom called and asked me to find out what was happening up the road from them. My sisters went to school with Brian and I knew him from just hanging out in the neighborhood when we were growing up. I will be praying for all of Brian's family and friends. Rest in Peace, Brian. Is signal 48 suicide or is it a confirmed death. I didn't know for sure which one. I know the call came in as person shot and that person was unconscious and difficulty breathing.

What's really sad is that regardless if this was a crime or suicide, it is still extremely sad. Prayers going out to this family.

Rescue 9 just advised that they have a confirmed 48 at 1:40.

Just said that it was a single 48 or signal 48. And the lead officer told the other officers on scene to rope it off and do the best he could to keep the scene clear. Anyone know what that means. Does that mean the person is dead since the lead officer told him that he had an investigator en route and to clear them out?

I am listening to the archives right now and all they have said is person shot. They have paramedics and officers in route. I was hoping they would at least tell the age and sex of the person b/c the people that live there have always lived there and we know them and my sisters and I grew up with their kids. I know one of their sons is about 35, b/c he is my sister's age. I am just hoping for the best.

My stepmom just called and asked me if I knew what was going on? She said about 3 to 4 houses up from her house is about 8 to 10 police cars and most are unmarked and only one has lights turned on. There are no paramedics or ambulances there, but the whole front yard is taped off with yellow crime scene tape. Just wondereing if anyone knew what was going on. Thanks!

She was my parapro when I was in Kindergarten at Hiram in 1984-1985. I loved her so very much as she made the day fun and interesting. I am very sorry to hear of her passing. God Bless!
