Well for installing, what you need to do is open finder, it will be on your dock at the bottom of the screen. Then you need to click on the thing you are trying to install, which will be on the left under devices. Once that is open, drag the folder to Applications, which will also be on the left listed under places. That will install it. Some programs just need to be double-clicked to be installed, but I find that rare. I have an update for those who have given me words of wisdom and encouragement. I have made contact with a cousin and the family wants to get to know me and have offered all the information I could want.
