On builder grade construction... would you say $50.00 a square foot is a minimum build price for the average person.

This is in the new house and yes I had them put both electric and gas at the stove. My ac is gas/electric and the fireplace has gas logs. Hot water heater is electric as well I have gas at my house and I can't broil worth a shtt in the oven. And I use my gas grill a lot! (even in the winter) but to answer your question...
