I just filled up today in town and the sticker still reads up to 10% Where did you see 15%?

Is it true? Ethanol in our gas is going to be increased to 15% ???? And we the taxpayer pay 50 cents of each gallon of the cost to manufacture as it is subsidized by the federal govt. Well, talk to me p.com
