    From the archives: Juvenile female cannot feel her legs at all. Med 1 responding...Correction Rescue 10 responding...Hope it is not your daughter's friends but I am about to hit the sack as 4:30AM comes awful early. Original call came in around 9:15PM.

    I would start by contacting the County DOT and working from there. I know that it is a state route but they can probably give you the info you need to get the ball rolling.
