  1. Hey girl,

I would be interested in something with very small black and silver beads and a dumbell.

    Maybe some earrings to match.

I may be a personal trainer but I dress like a lady on the job.

I have been known to pump some serious iron in diamond earrings and faker nails..

Weel toned muscle is very feminine and I like to accent it with a little bling.

    Can you help me out?

  2. Check out helping hands in Dallas.

This organization helps out people that are falling through the cracks in Paulding.

You take applications and help folks get help with utilities and meds.

You may be ask to help with picking groceries.

    I love this organization.

They work with some of the area churches.

    It is very rewarding work.

Margaret and the other ladies are wonderful.

It is behind little bear store on main street.

  3. Good Morning!

    MY progress is doing great:

I have lost 22 pounds so far and still going!!!

I have a great freind who is helping a lot ;)

You go girl I am so proud of you.

The combination of diet and excercise is the only way to go.

I can hardly wait to see how good you look this summer.

You are gonna be one hot momma on that bike.

  4. Morbid obesity is more of an emotional problem, than a physical one.

If the parents have these emotional issues, it would be very hard for them to help the child.

I would think that any parent would not want there child to suffer.

I am not sure though that he would really get proper help in the system.

  5. I have been preparing my food all day.

I find it easier to stay on track doing this.

I put it in little 1 cup containers in the fridge this way all I have to do is pull them out and put them in my lunch box.

It is all freshly prepared veggies and chicken,

Some are sauteed in olive oil, some are boiled in chicken broth. I also made cole slaw for this week.

I eat 6 1 1/2 cup meals a day 20% fat 30% protein 50% carbs from veggies and light Dairy- cottage cheese and yogurt.

1 serving of fruit a day 3 servings of wheat a week.

I use corn products for my grain- mostly whole corn and grits.

The only juice I drink is v-8.

    1 diet coke a day.

    Good luck to everyone.

  6. It was very nice to meet you Tnt.

I know it was a lot of work running around.

I also know you felt it was worth it.

Is the babysitter coping any better?

I hope we were able to do enough as a group to get the family through for a little until they can get on their feet.

  7. I wear puma track shoes weigh about 6 oz.

I suggest you try on a lot of shoes. I keep mine stocked up.

Athletic shoes are very structured, this is great unless they do not fit the structure of your foot and then they can be very, very, bad.

I go for no structure, no arch support.

For very heavy people or those that run a lot, this not be possible,

    So try a lot on.

Do not assume the most exspensive will be best or solve problems.

  8. GOOD MORNING ALL!!!!!

It is a beautiful day. A little chilly, but the sun is shining.

I am up early, I have a client first thing this morning.

Then it is off to the gym,

With the weather warming up we will have a busy day.

People will be wanting to get in shape for the summer.

It won't be long and I will be at the comet trail every saturday morning doing learn to burn clinics.

I can hardly wait they are sooo much fun.

But we have to start early before it gets hot.

There will be no more sleeping in for me.

Well time for breakfast, I hope everyone has a great day!

  9. your child's diet changes sound a lot like the kenotic (sp?) diet which works for some epileptic individuals, is it?

I'm always looking to understand more ...thanks for sharing fedup!

    It may be similar.

Metobolic disorders are very complicated to understand. You practically need a degree in bio chemistry to truly understand them.

His is a urea cycle disorder called cittrell enema.

Basicly his body can not get rid of ammonia the by product produced by protein.

It is very toxic to the brain and other organs.

There are many different metobolic disorders of the urea cycle his is very rare.

They are now testing newborns for this in Georgia.

Many children now will be spared permanent brain damage.

We were very fortunate that our sons was diagnosed early at one time he was one of less than a handful that had not suffered brain damage.

    We feel very very blessed.

  10. It seems to me that I read an article a few years ago about this, But it was a lay person that discovered the connection in his or her on child.

I have a child with a metobolic disorder. that is controlled through diet and amino acid therapy.

In the beginning it was an uphill battle to prove nutrition instead of drugs was key to control.

The prescription he takes is actually not a drug but a food preservative.

Insurance companies will not pay for it.

Weird because a few days without it and he would be dead.
