I have to have an acrylic over lay on my toe nails in the summer, in fact I am having it done thursday.

My toenails are very thin and break off very easily and often down to the quick.

Especially when I am wearing sandals, the least little bump will break them.

I also have a toenail that was injured when I was a child and grows split,

It looks much better with acrylic.

In the summer I grow them even with my toe so there is enough to polish, I have a very short nail bed.

The weird picture of the toe claws no thankyou.

I have to wear running shoes year round.

Going to be a beautiful day.

The suburban has 8 flats of annuals in it,

I am going to have a great day.

The tulips are the only thing blooning and a few iris, the daffodils are done I need some more color.

It's been so hot some of the pansies are getting stringy already.

I will be out of town next week so i will miss the iris blooming for the most part.

I have some seeds I want to sow this morning also.

I am just waiting on the sun now.

You have no reason to be embarressed when you are out walking.

If people can not respect you for doing something to make yourself more fit and healthy then the hell with them.

Don't be so hard on your self, there's a lot more in the boat with you, than not.

And they will probably admire your moxy for getting out there and doing it.

For all you that are working on weight loss, can I suggest--

That since the weather is warm you find a walking partner.

This is one of the best ways to up your weight loss and metabolism.

Block out time in your schedules and let family work around it.

Having a partner makes it so much easier.

and......let me tell you he could proably teach you a few things or two..

He goes to private church school and is a lot more innocent than my girls that went to public school at that age.

He had to write 100 sentences for saying the word suck in gym class.

It is a really different enviroment.

He has probably heard more curse words in the neighborhood than on the playground.

Sorry we had to leave early, but Charlie never got his food and he was not a happy person!

 

It was ready when he was leaving, so we went off to see our daughter and go to Douglasville to shop for nursery furniture for our grandbaby girl due on 07/07/07 !

 

My food was good, but poor Charlie. He didn't like Folks food anyway, and I was surprised that he said okay to go there and then. He had to be the one who didn't get food.

 

Need to find another place after that. Laurie Penny didn't get her drink either. It finally came after the food came but it took quite awhile. Maybe the waitress was new?

I felt so sorry for Charlie, I don't blame him at all for being mad.

They never even said anything to him until he went down.

The waitresses were very young.

Poor Charlie though, watching everyone eat and we were finished and he still had not gotten his.

I don't blame him for being mad.

Did you stop and get him a burger on the way?

I am going to have an exciting day today.

Discovered the hot water heater is leaking this morning.

Cold shower I can hardly wait.

My son has 1/2 day today.

I will have to pick him up and rush to my orthodontist app. to have my top braces removed.

Then rush home to meet the plumber to replace hot water heater.

Somewhere in all this I have to stop and vote.

At least the weather will be nice today.

Like everyone else I am also sneezing and dripping.

Oh well I am going to make the best of today.

Having the braces off will be a good thing i think.

I hope they don't rip them off.

Oh, I know you spoke for me and a lot of other people. I do think these people should rot in hell! They could at least have let them out of the house!!!!!!

This may sound terrible but a bullet in the head would have been kinder,

I bet these people never missed any meals, probably eating at Mcdonalds while these dogs went thirsty and starved.

There is just no excuse unless these people had died themselves.
