There are 4 homes in my subdivision getting repaired from the storm we had with all that hail. Also some had to make claims with their auto insurance.
-
LOL @ 37-47..... To bad I'm 2 years away from the 47.
-
Is it legal for kids to be constantly on 4-wheelers/dirt bikes driving up and down the road in a subdivision?? This is getting to be an EVERY day occurence in my neighborhood -- Especially on the weekends.. You can't even have a peaceful home life because of all the noise. I wouldn't mind it if it was occassional but it's starting to be every weekend (I guess with the warmer weather) and not just for an hour or two- it's ALL dang afternoon!!
I guess this is life in Paulding! LOL
Interesting, you sound like you live in my subdivision. If you do live in my subdivision wait until summer hits and how late they ride.

LOL.....To funny!!!!!

EPMS and EPHS do have power....When I didn't have power I called both schools and they did.
-
There are 2 trees behind our house (woods) that are leaning a good bit. It seems each storm it leans even more, when it finally comes down it will take out our kitchen/dining room.
-
Out of curiousity would the school be liable in the event of death or injury or do you sign away your right to sue when you enroll them in public schools these days?
I'm sorry I don't know the answer to your question. I know the schools take good care of our children at all times, especially when bad weather is upon us.
My son just text me and so I know he is okay. He goes to EPHS.
2 trees fell near the road that heads to the Paulding County Police Station taking out the power lines as well.
-
I called EPMS to see if they brought the children in from the trailors and they told me yes, called EPHS they told me no.
-
I woke up this morning to no power and screens off the windows from this wind. I don't like sitting by the window watching the weather. I need the TV on...LOL.....Quiet right now, waiting for part two of the storm. Paulding County made the Weather Channel about power being out.
Tornado warning for South Georgia, South Alabama, and Florida.
Any one hear the siren this morning?
-
Great another night of no sleep because of noise.
-
Loved it!!! That was fun to watch.....Glad you guys had fun.
-
I hope they get to feeling better soon. My daughter is that way as well....She got sick the last break from school and then she got sick right when spring break started and to top that off, she became a little lady at the same time. Can we say....miserable (sp?). She's 12...13 in June.
-
Looks like another storm is coming straight for us. They still have us under a tornado watch.
Yes I'm watching the weather channel still....well until 10 anyway when I start to watch Nancy Grace.
-
I'm sorry for the thousand and one post of one sentence...I don't know what happened...I know the computer (laptop) stopped.
We are having a good storm right now here off of old cartersville road.
-
It is saying a severe thunderstorm for us....our power just tried to go out 3 times now....It totally shut of the TV but not the lights.
-
We are still under watch until 1:00 A.M.
Per the weather channel....On Demand channel 24.
Old Cartersville is what.....Northeast?
Because they are saying that Southeast is getting the storm.
-
Wow we got nailed with hail, it was so loud and heavy that we could hear it hitting the roof and we are in the basement.
We are now in my room with all the pets. Ready to hit the bathroom when need be.
Raining here now, thunder, a little lighening.
Is New Hope down with the worst part of it yet?
Please let me know.
-
We were just put under tornado warning from channel 2 news

Very good.
.. I'd still get a weather radio if I were you, though. We have one on each level of our house and a portable for when we're out or camping. We never miss anything. lol
I really need to get one of those. Next time I go out shopping if I can remember one.
-
Where I live in New Hope just dark/light clouds, no thunder yet, strong winds.
-
Alabama has touchdown with a tornado.

http://www.wsbtv.com/interactive-radar/index.html
I like this radar. It shows directions, too. I am watching the couple of cells along I-20 and think they may head this way. The others are staying north of us for the most part (I'm keeping my fingers crossed). Sorry for you folks up near Rome, Summerville, and north of there.
Looking at your radar that you posted I pointed the arrow on the circles and it looks like to me the storm is basically missing Dallas, I saw one that was 38 minutes from us but seemed like a thunderstrom....Okay I'm over it, I'm not worried any more
BUT DON'T BE SURPRISED IF I CHANGE MY MIND.
Now I bet you nice people won't tell me when there is a storm coming...unless you want a good laugh while I freak out. hehehe LOL
If Glenn Burns clears his throat ONE MORE TIME, I'm gonna SLAP my TV!!!I know, right!

I was just outside and that wind reminds me of Colorado and New England....But on different circumstance. Over there (both states) we wouldn't be looking for a tornado....It would be a normal day....New England at the Ocean, Colorado, just another day. LOL
I said to my son, the south is a whole new world.
Okay don't laugh

How far down do I have to plant the seeds for a veggie garden, how often do I have to water. Yes, this is my first garden. Is it true that snakes will visit the garden?
