I have a hankering and I don't want to cook. I pick up kids in 30 minutes. Help!

That Exxon has gas at 2.89 and a looooong line. The Shell up the street by the deer cooler has premium only left - at 2.77.

Murphy's at Walmart was constantly 3 cents lower than everybody else I saw for the last 3 days. They ran out last night, but I talked to the guy and he said they had a truck coming at 6:30 this am. Just drove by there - no gas. As I am sure they didn't run out that fast, I guess their truck hasn't shown up yet.

I have one she can have for free. It's not a motorized "lift" though, just a carrier that fits into a hitch with a fold down ramp. I tried to attach a picture, but the site won't allow it. -
A friend moved into the area and would like to sell her engagement/wedding ring set. I don't know what to tell her as to how to get the best value out of it. Pawn shop? Does it matter which one? Or do the jewelry shops buy used sets? It is a white gold set with several diamonds.

Something is off about this, like there is information missing. I bet there is more to it than a simple "Muslim anti-American" attack. I wonder if they will follow up on it.

Huge explosion type noise, loud enough to wake a sick kid up and shake everything in my house, about 9:50 AM. I live near the Walmart on Dallas Hwy. It sounded kind of like it came from the direction of the Waffle House near there. When I went out, I could hear "walkie-talkie" type noises from that direction, and people yelling. I couldn't see any smoke, so I went in and checked the police scanner - nothing. Waited a while, no sirens. It was weird. Anybody know what happened?

Moms n' Mops 678-458-8933. A few single moms formed this company so they could work full time and still be available to their kids. They do a great job. -
Any one had one recently? Any advice? Recommendations? People I should stay away from? I will need a new floor, paint, a new vanity/sink combo, and a bathroom fan replaced. I guess I need a general contractor? Slap a little wisdom on me, I am out of my wheelhouse.

I need an accountant? Financial Advisor? Something along those lines to untangle some complicated financial issues and then handle long term management. Any recomendations of a good honest, smart, local person?

I agree with this approach. I also saw a suggestion I liked about picketting the hospital with signs that say "We forgive you." If we are going to rail against what a bad name he gave Christianity, then don't we have a responsibility, as Christians, to show what Christianity is truly about? And isn't it about "forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us"? Even for those who are not Christians, most faiths hold similar tenets, even humanism would recognize a call for mercy. -
Selano Chiropractic on Merchants Drive are excellent.

Shout out to the guys selling firewood down on Brownsville Rd. right off 278 - There was a line that stretched down their drive, across the street, through the large church parking lot. At least 15 cars/truck when we got there, and for every one that left more pulled in behind us. It COULD have been a mess. These guys were organized, efficient, and what's more, they were selling at a more than fair price, and actually RATIONING the wood, so that everyone would at least get some. With no wood easily found, they COULD have gouged all of us. Honest guys concerned more with the greater good than t

Either swipe or spritz some apple cider vinegar in his pits after he showers. Let it dry naturally, and THEN put the deodorant on. It will inhibit bacterial growth and slow down the stink. (once it dries he won't smell like vinegar)
