Dang, Shawna that is huge. I pulled off the road on Cartersville Hwy to try to minimize damage to my car. It was really bad there and farther up 61 where I live, but none of ours were bigger than a golf ball!

Barney is a moderator. A Mayberry is a gift, a Thank you from the mods to the poster. Obviously, you did something good in Barney's eyes and he gave you a Mayberry as a reward.
Look under your name and click the number inside the ( ). That should show the reason for the Mayberry.
Why does each mayberry say "warned?"

There has been so much talk of the illnesses going around that I thought I'd make a suggestion. If your child is coming down with something, obviously not themselves, or getting over something, don't send them to school that day.
They will not do as well on the test and the schools will give make-up tests at the end of regular testing. Make sure they get plenty of sleep and eat a good breakfast, also.
Ok, sermon over!

Gee-tee, sometimes the antibiotics will affect the stomach.

May 10th is Mother's Day.

Watch "It's me or the dog!" on the animal planet. Victoria Stillwell is good and she covers a lot of different problems.

I was wondering where you were! I have a good Pepper story when you feel up to calling.

Going to Myrtle Beach, S.C. I'm really looking forward to it.
I haven't been there in years! I want to hear how it is when you get back.
I'm going to work in my yard. Got the itch and I've gotta scratch it! I'm retired and all days are vacation days now!

Much love to you all! Give that boy a kiss for me, too.

Okay...remember I live in Tallapoosa. My son bowls in the league at Paulding Bowling Center on Saturday mornings. How do I get there from the bowling alley?
From the bowling lanes head toward Dallas, away from 278, then turn right at the Huddle House. Just go straight on Bus. 6, past Ingles and the Meat market is on the left before you get to CVS.

I've thought that I'd seen a hummer out of the corner of my eye last week but never was sure. During breakfast this morning, there he was! Woo-hoo! I'm ready to get in the garden on Good Friday!

We've eaten at the Slate Market Grill and really enjoyed it. Portions are HUGE!
There's also a steak house that I think is called The Steak House off 278 going from Rockmart to Cedartown that we've tried once and it was good too.
Both are good for a change of pace. DW wants to go to a cajun place up in Acworth, it's supposed to be good but haven't talked with anyone who's been there. Wondering how it compares to Gumbeaux's in D-ville.
If you're talking about Henry's in Acworth, it is great!

What is the name of the place?

Mermaid and I found a female cardinal with a broken wing in the back yard today and she insisted I rescue it. We found a place in Marietta that will take it tomorrow but if anyone around here, (Hiram, Temple, or Villa Rica) can take it in and nurse it back to health it would save me a long drive. IM me if you'r intrested. Cats need not reply.
Where does it have to go in Marietta? I have a dental appt in the morning but I could take it over around noon.

It's gas....electric won't quite cut it when it comes to chainsaws. I think it's a 21" inch blade. It's got new treated gas and new fuel lines.
Just what I was hoping you'd say! Deal.
-
Is it gas or electric? Size? Gimme some specs.
-
Subby, I want the chainsaw.
