    Good idea about having the camera ready. I'm thinking fountains will be ok on cement/pavement if I have the hose right there. I have a four year old and she loves them, so I want to do what I can so she will be safe and still get to see some fireworks on the 4th.

    It seems so stupid to run to me if the car is in your name/family member name. I guess it is a whole different story if you are a car thief.

    It's such a shame that we have to worry about everything now. My mom used to buy her vanilla and syrup from the Watkins guy that came around and my grandmother used to buy cleaning stuff from the Fuller Brush man. Not now. I don't let mine buy an ice cream from the ice cream man without me.
