Dunno. I'm not fond of my neighbors because they are slovenly. Trash and debris all over the yard, which eventually makes its way onto mine, shoddy craftsmanship of a screened back deck which is rotting and falling apart, lovely view from my back deck. They've placed their dog house against my wooden fence, and the dog stands on top of it, peers over the fence, and barks his fool head off any time I'm out in my yard. Their property is nasty, and diminishes the value of mine. I give a crap about how they vote or whether or not they're receiving any government assistance. I just want them to c

i didn't get that impression, at all, from the OP or the link. perhaps i shouldn't go to Austria any time soon.

cut the water off to the tank. turn on the kitchen sink and run all the water out of the tank. take the spigot off, inspect and clean the threads. wrap threads with pipe tape, screw the spigot back in. cut the water supply to the tank back on. allow the tank to fill a few inces above the spigot. check for leaks. that's all i got. unless you have some mighty mend stuff.
