erasing my lil mermaid porn collection RIGHT NOW. -
meh. heartless? maybe...if you talk to the half of the board that's never met me in person. as far as the remaining half? i'm nothing but a figment of their collaborative imaginations anyway. i figure that if the 14 year old didn't WANT to be talked to this way, she'd have clicked the red x and went hollering to mommy and daddy at the first contact. but alas, much like the wanton woman she'll no doubt grow up to be, she played it out to see how far it would go. either got pissed or got caught, and decided to scream VICTIM. mommy and daddy surely placed all the blame upon this sicko
-
really? it's just lip service. in general i give a crap about how folks raise their kids. i just get pissed at the lil psychopaths who ruin people's lives and momma and daddy take up for 'em, and act all shocked and surprised, or worse, victimized.

and again. the words on the screen. how are they qualified as a crime. if all you have is a screen name, and all you do is say really nasty things to me, and all i have to do to make it stop is click the red x and block you......... why is this criminal? what actual crime took place? assault on reading skills?

snipers.

hopefully, people are reading. and thinking. so many times there's such a strong community reaction to these types of situations, without anyone examining the flip side of the coin. yes. internet predators exist. they are evil, nasty, sick, disgusting, and should be done away with. one of the easiest ways to do away with them is to not allow your child to become their victim.

worst.post.EVER. or, kind of fetishy. not sure which.

bubbles. sometimes, i burst them. it's my supah powah.

overbearing sucks. finding the fine line to walk between sheltering them too much, and letting them grow and mature is so very hard. our computers have options when setting up user accounts. i am the master of all. i control what privacy levels are set. what content can be viewed. what sites can be visited. i don't have to sit over anyones shoulder or back track their movements. they can't access what i deem inappropriate. and truthfully? i'm faily lax these days. my boys are 16 and 21. aside from full on porn, their restrictions are few. well, skin head sites and the like are blocked

i will submit to you that in this world, there are wicked little tarts who get off on having the power to bring a grown man to his knees with the promises of their sweet young flesh. knowing that he'll never actually have physical access to her, which keeps her 'safe'...and also knowing that she can blow the whistle and have him hauled to prison on a whim. POWER TRIP is this always the case? absolutely not. how could one tell though, really, if it were? i mean, my goodness...we grown women learned to use sex as a weapon at some point. and always know we can fall back on 'cu

bravo. it sounds as if you are a well informed, protective parent. do you think that parents of children who participate in sex talk should be held accountable in some form or fashion for endangering their children?
-
out of curiosity...why isn't that already the case? with soooooooo many predators on the internet, why aren't you being preemptive/proactive in protecting her? because she hasn't complained about any untoward conversations yet? bless your heart!!! but seriously. yes. a 57 year old should know better than to have sexually explicit conversations with minors. and minors should know better than to have sexually explicit conversations with ANYONE. especially random strangers they've met on the internet.
-
absolutely correct. a 57 year old has no defense for his actions. but what's the defense of the 14 year old? i thought he was 15? so, it's ok for her to talk about anal and blow jobs with someone a year older than her, but not 25 years? what the hell kind of logic is that? why do these children participate? regardless of the supposed age of the 'partner'? whay are children having 'cyber sex' with strangers? why aren't the parents being held accountable for allowing the kids to get into the situation?
-
and before anyone gets all churchy on me. NO, i am not advocating child predators. i'm pissed off about all the willing 'prey'. dumbass kids who get themselves in over their heads, and then want someone to go to prison for it. guess what? if the kids would take some responsibility for their actions, the predators wouldn't have quite so many folks to prey on. confused. you think it's absolutely fair for a child to willingly participate in sexual dialog and have no other punishment other than a parent being pissed at them?
-
good. but... good enough? you'd be pissed at her. and someone else would be going to jail. fair?
-
cyber sex, specifically. dirty talk. scandalous. i'm stumped as to how dirty words typed on a screen are criminal. if i tell you, verbatim, what i'd like to do to you, what i am imagining you doing to me..... have either of us actually done anything to the other? no. cyber sex with kids. not my thing. at all. i don't understand the desire, but anyway. does a kid who's internet savvy enough to make a facebook page, think up a screen name for a chat room, work an instant messenger, not know that clicking the lil red X will make a person go away? strangers only know wha
