  1. Go to your options screen, then click on "About."

    New software will say: v4.5.0.81

Anything older than that... check into the upgrade.

    ============

    By the way ...

If you do the upgrade, you do so AT YOUR OWN RISK. This is not a trivial little procedure. The software backed up my data, deleted all my applications, then reloaded. But things can go wrong.

Make sure you back up your data before trying anything like this.

*I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU PROCEED WITH THE UPGRADE AND SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOUR PHONE BECAUSE OF A TECHNICAL ERROR OR USER ERROR OR ANYTHING ELSE.*

I loaded the upgrade, installed it successfully, and love the new features. I'm just sharing my positive response to my own experience.

  2. I'm not talking about those of you who retired after many years of service; I'm talking about those of you who decided mid-stream to switch careers and get out of the field, what finally pushed you into it? How did you determine a new field of work? Inquiring minds want to know. :)

    It's only Monday! :p

  3. No, I'm positive, bc I know I can turn completely around in my seat belt in the front seat to get something for little one in the back seat (while I'm a passenger, not a driver, of course), so I know children are capable. These children were going from one side of the van to the other, standing up and sitting down, and then turned completely around (which in the few minutes that I was sitting behind them at the light, the parent did NOT make them turn around and sit down).

Blessedwithboys, I completely agree! Very sad!

:good: Gotcha! How in the heck was the mom able to drive with the kids doing all that? That is dangerous for the kids, the mom, and anyone who happens to be near.

  4. BUCKLE YOUR KIDS UP IN THE CAR AND MAKE THEM STAY THAT WAY!!!!!!

I was driving down Dallas-Acworth today behind a minivan with children jumping around inside of it. Then, when we stopped at the light at Cedarcrest, the kids sat up on their knees on the back seat and stared at me through the back window!!!!! :angry2:

I will say this plain and clear!

YOU ARE NOT FIT TO BE A PARENT IF YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN"S SAFETY!!!!!!

    NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

There is no excuse for purposely putting your child in danger!

OK, Vent over! Thanks for reading! :)

Are you sure they weren't buckled in?? My kids dance all the time and you would swear they weren't! (I am talking about teens though, that literally rock the car) My children also turned around in their seat, belts in tact. Now I did pull over and yell, but they did do it...once! (around 6&7 years old)

  5. Ugh, I hate the time change. Leave for work before light, get home after dark. It's so stupid.

    I'm with you!

be happy, you have a job to go to

I am happy I have a job, but I still do not like driving home, or my teens driving home (after practice) in the dark. :pardon:
