Per the scanner archives it was a suicide threat where the person barricaded himself in the basement with a loaded gun and access to other guns in a gun safe. I'm still listening to the archives so I haven't heard what the outcome was yet.

I had the scanner on in the background and I heard some of the activity. The best I could tell they stopped a woman in a stolen car (I think - if that was the same incident) and she either wouldn't get out of the car or was resisting. They used a taser on her and then called for medical. It was hard to hear everything - she was yelling in the background a lot. Just a minute ago I heard them confirm that she was delivered to jail so I guess everyone's OK.
