There are way too many kids in our country. Maybe a stipulation of adopting should be that you have to get it spayed or neutered.

Having been a Social Worker in the system for 18 yrs I saw toooooo many children who just needed parents to love them!

Yeah, I can't imagine how much damage will be done when they're torn away from foster homes and placed into homes with loving parents.
