FreeBird
My friend, Ray, was killed Saturday in West Palm Beach, FL. I know his death really has nothing to do with Paulding County, but I wanted to share the story of how he died here. Maybe it will touch someone that drives too fast. Maybe his death will change someone's driving habits. Ray was a great man. He was a selfless work colleague that always had time for a question. He always knew the question that you really wanted to ask on a subject, but just didn't have enough knowledge to know what you really were looking for. I'll miss Ray greatly. The Sound Guy
I feel for you losing your friend, Freebird. We'll keep you in our thoughts. It reminds me that no matter how old I get, I'm never so old I can't make a mistake, a mistake that can cost me or my loved ones or complete strangers dearly. Thank you for that reminder. drosser
Freebird: I'm so sorry about your loss. Just goes to show that it's not only teenagers who sometimes act foolish behind the wheel. We adults can make mistakes, too. My prayers are with you and his family.
