Or maybe she was walking a Great Dane and she can't keep up with it on foot. I don't know. Just trying to come up with some logical reason walk the dog, but not get some exercise at the same time. It was a bigger dog, so maybe he thought that the dog could benefit from the extra work? I've thought about doing it myself when I'm feeling particularly lazy, but I'd be too embarassed!
