I don't know if he still does- but John East -- he owns little bears foodmart in dallas- used to rent houses for a very reasonable price. He used to have homes all over Paulding. Not sure if he still does- but it might be worth a shot. His number at Little Bears is (770) 445-9142.

yEA, like their favorite saying, “november12345 radar contact, remain clear of the class Bravo……..”. Like they are all that busy at 0200 on a Sunday morning that they can’t clear someone through the Bravo. I can see them in there now, laughing while watching the altitude and heading changes on the LONE blip on the scope. Entertainment value, that can be the only explanation.
Yea, they sure don't care about diverting us when we call "lifeguard"!

we usually stay at the boardwalk and it's wonderful. i would love to stay the animal kingdom lodge but haven't had the chance yet. We have also stayed at the Saratoga Springs- very nice but we like Boardwalk better. If you stay on the property the bus will take you everywhere you need to go- but saratoga springs is closer to like disney quest -- the big game room-- they're all wonderful!

you can go on walmart.com and get a dell for about $800.00 and do the bill me later and only pay $10/mo for it

Barring any unforeseen major problem (which I would doubt there is) I would say between 60-80 dollars. That would be for the repair and includes the tuneup also, new oil, check filter, blades, etc. I could just fix the ONE problem, but the best thing to do is stop whatever caused it in the first place, and make sure you're ready for the Spring with no troubles.

Hey Subby, I've got a Bolens push mower with a 4.5 hp Briggs that will fire off but won't stay running. Can you throw a guess at what it might cost to fix it. I know there are no certainties until you look at it but I really don't have any idea what to expect. Thanks!! Mr. Justagirl

I think that not only should they test you for drugs- but if you smoke you shouldn't qualify either. If you can afford your cigarettes then you shouldn't expect me to pay for your medicaid or welfare or anything else! I understand being down on your luck and needing help- but I don't feel like you should ask for help from others if you aren't first doing everything in your power to provide for yourself before asking others to provide for you.

If there is a rule against it in the regulations of that neighborhood, then he should have to abide by it.
You can't try to change the rules just because it has an American flag on top of it.
IMO, that's just a person saying "I dare you to tell me to take it down".
I absolutely agree with you! If you know the rules when you move in and you don't want to abide by them then move into a neighborhood that allows you to display your flag any way you want! Or display the flag according to the by-laws of your HOA! If he is allowed to break the rules of the HOA then that allows everyone else to break them in any way they see fit and that can be a very bad thing!

I got one for my daughter for Christmas- but she hasn't actually opened it yet. They're only $10 bucks at Bed Bath & Beyond. They have all of that As Seen on T.V. stuff. I let you know as soon as she opens it how it works!

My wife called the shelter yesterday and they said the pug will be available on the 24th. There are 10 people on a waiting list to get him.
So, they are going to be open today even though it is a Wednesday? I wanted to go down there and get him if no one else got him. But, I see that lots of people want him! Which, I guess is a really good thing!

I saw them measuring (I guess where to put the name) on the outside of the building the other day and then I drove by and your name is up there! It looks great! (love the mailbox too!!) I can't wait to have a real bakery so close!
