Do you ever think about your end of days?

What are belief systems, if they are not thoughts? What is "faith", but what you believe will happen in the future? Thoughts, feelings, beliefs, faith, emotions - all functions of the brain. So, yeah, you are responsible for what you think about things - If you believe that there's a supernatural being capable of reading your thoughts and the thoughts of all of the billions of people on earth, simultaneously --- for the purpose of holding you accountable for these thoughts, beliefs (faith) after you die. Punishment for eternity if you think/believe one way - Reward for eternity if you thin -
Do you ever think about your end of days?

["As a matter of fact, one of the things I feel the worst about is that he's not coherent enough to reflect on these decisions before his end - I feel like maybe if he could, he might have some reason to feel badly for his decisions. "] No, HE can't reflect. But you can. You have a right to your feelings about him. But reflect. Consider the humanity angle of it, his time coming to an end and all. It's a binding force, mortality. There's a lot to think about! -

It will be someone who knows the child and had been fantasizing about him or a custodian-type who took the child to a place not being used (like a gym or fieldhouse equipment room) and then secreted the child away on his lunch break or at the end of the day. It's summer and no one would think anything of someone tossing a bag of baseball/softball equipment into the trunk of his car or the back of his truck. It's probably not just a random parent. It's someone whose actions would be in-context to a casual observer. (Like - was the grass cut that day? Or was the trash picked up?) End of th

Really? Isn't it kind of like horseshoes? Not that there's anything wrong with horseshoes!

Anyway, there's one just put on Craigslist. It seems to be a good one. But what was the guy thinking who named this game???? http://atlanta.craigslist.org/wat/spo/1791921039.html

If it WASN'T a disorganized event, then it's likely that the boy had been watched for a while and fantasized-about. There would have been a plan in place to get him out of the school unobserved. I think that they need to look at the neighbors of the boy, as he would probably gone willingly with a neighbor. In the area, unfortunately are two bad areas for dumping bodies - a river and a landfill. http://www.pps.k12.or.us/schools-c/map/SkylineMap.pdf

Typically, the FBI or state bureau controls the statements to the media, in the case of a possible abduction. It's usually only suspicious if they're not cooperating with authorities. It takes time to run down the registered sex offenders in the area, interview all of them check out their alibis, etc. They certainly don't want the family saying the wrong thing that could hamper the investigation. What happened was either a very organized psychopath abducted him - or more likely - the boy's body is nearby, possibly still in the school and it was a crime of opportunity. I doubt if it was th

He was marked absent for the day. It's not a good sign if a stranger abducted him. I think that the stats are that 98% of them are killed in the first 24 hours.

I'd wait until about Mid-October. A hurricane may just take all of that gulf front property and splatter it from top to bottom with oil goo. If you bought in August, your investment might be seriously reduced in value, even if it was a good price at the time!

On the other hand, if he-she he/she is serious, then we'd have an international incident with our government "taking over" a BRITISH company! I find the conspiracy theorists extremely boring!

I took it as sarcasm. There's an approximate gallons counter here: http://www.wkrg.com/gulf_oil_spill/

In the Pensacola Beach area, just east of Gulf Shores, it's catch and release fishing only. No harvesting. Just announced. [Recreational catch-and-release fishing is still allowed as long as saltwater fish are not harvested or possessed in the closed area. ]

Accusations of conspiracy theories are off topic, so let's see if we can stay on point. This is about the Oil Spill as it relates to Gulf Shores, where today it came ashore big time! Here's a post that I made on a local board in the Gulf region. It was in response to those who said that it is not that bad and that they can still see fish swimming around and no fish kills to amount to anything. We haven't seen the worst. It's still offshore! Way offshore! But there's so much oil out there that there's no escaping the fact that it will come ashore eventually. Sure there's ma

OMH! The sand in the surf is offically brown with oily gunk. This is the beginning of the ruination of the sugary-sand beaches on the Gulf. One good hurricane and all of the sand will be contaminated. And you can't wash off sand! All of those trillions of small fish, bivalves, crabs and sand fleas (mole crabs) all suffocated by the gunk. And this is just the start! The spill hasn't even been capped yet! Webcam: http://gulfshoresbeach.com/alabama-state-pier/

Peruvian justice is different, apparently. They consider pot smoking and drinking "mitigating circumstances" Also mitigating is remorse, whether it is sincere or not. So the early reports are that he could get 6 - 12 years. Peruvian jail or not, if he lasts through it, he could be released --- A Psychopathic Serial Killer --- when he's in his 30's. And reports are, too, that Peruvian justice can be bought. It's a good thing that he's not on the streets presently. But it may be too early to celebrate.

I hadn't seen it. Thanks for sharing that!

I guess it's a worse punishment for him to be in a Peruvian jail. That's where he needs to be. The Holloways know what happened to Natalie - Van der Sloot killed her. If they need to have him in jail here to pay for the Holloway killing, he could possibly plea to life without parole here or do 35 in Peruvian hell, if they could work out the extradition with the Peruvian Government. That would be "the devil's dilemma". He's pretty well dammed either way!
