Wendy or Jennifer at Jennifer & Co are terrific, I can't decide which one I like better so I alternate between the two! Both have cut hair for years and have always done a great job!

Sounds like what is happening at the trailers next to my house only it is the meth heads taking the aluminum siding off to sell for their next fix. They are leaving the frames and the insulation and it is frightful.
Is that what is happening to the moble homes on 381? I asked my husband if he thought they were closing the MHP because it looked like they were disassembling the moble homes.

Anyone have any knowledge about what is happening at Lawrence Junction MHP on Hwy 61 South? A lot of the trailers seem to be empty and they are dismanteling and removing some of them. Is this place finally going to cease to exist? My fingers are crossed!
Is that the MHP that people refer to as the Gypsy trailer park? If so, when my husband was in school his bus picked up kids at that MHP & he said that they never picked up any high school kids because they all quit school after middle school. That's when all grades rode the same bus (Elem,Middle, & high).

When we leave & put the dog in the fenced yard we sometimes use one of those things that you put into the ground that has a 20 ft. cable attached to it & attach it to her collar. We do this when she is on a roll of trying to escape or tearing things up in the yard.

This young man has been on my mind for days. If theres anyone that knows this family please make sure the doctors have checked him for I.T.P. From what the doctors have told us alot of people have it and never know. It will cause bleeding in the brain. If his platelet counts are low that is a sign. Theres medicines that came help and if they don't then removing the spleen helps sometimes.
We went thru I.T.P w/ my son when he was 5yr. he started mysteriously bruising quickly, evey time I looked at him he had more bruises. His platlet Ct. was around 7,000 when 150,000 is normal. The Dr. immediatly checked his platlet count & said if we had been in a wreck or if he had cut himself he would have probably died. After seeing a specialist & taking med. for around 5 days his bruises went away & he was OK. So, if you have a child that gets lots of bruises for no apparent reason have them checked as soon as possible.

We had to swap from Kaiser to BCBS & we actually miss Kaiser. My kids went to the office near Town Center mall & my son used Dr. Arnold, which we LOVED & my daughter used Dr. amadeo. They get you test results faster & sent our kids to the BEST specialist. Once my son was sent to the same Orthopedic specalist that a lot of the Braves players used. He had letters & pictures from them on his walls. We now use cobb pediatrics w/ Dr. Cantrell & Dr. Gaines, they are OK, but my son says that their office & equipment is Ghetto compared to the Kaiser office we went to.

Does anyone have a general practice Doctor they would recommend. The kids have a ped. but me & my hubsand are looking for a new Dr. because of change in insurance.

At one of the BOE meeting they discussed the beginning of the school year starting a couple of weeks later in August than usual. I wish that we could go to school a couple of days longer before the christmas break and have a few more days after New Years. We need more time to recover from the late nights of New Years eve and staying up late to watch football with family on New Years day.

I use a swifter duster to dust the screen & key board. You can turn it sideways & get in between the cracks. Then I use a premoisten cleaning wipe to wipe the keys, just be careful not to squease the wipe & get the key board wet.

we got baulderdash for christmas & we have had a blast playing it. I haven't laughed so hard in years.

After watching the kids open their presents our dog got so excited when we pulled out her stocking filled with goodies. We have a video of her jumping up & down. The stocking had a stuffed animal (already destroyed), a rope, a couple of balls, & a couple of other squeaky toys.

Mine are still up. we have always kept them up late so we can sleep later. They are older & don't believe any more but Santa still comes & they play along. Santa came to my house until I went off to college. As I got older I didn't get as much, but Santa still came to my house.

Fox 5 named East Paulding Raiders "team of the year". They were at the school today for an assembly to give the team the award. Does anyone know what day & time it will be on Fox 5?

My poor kids are so super duper sick....tried all day to get a hold of the DR but he doesn't work on Wed and the desk people said I couldn't get the kids an appointment until tomorrow
Hoping they will be better by then....anyone know of what you can give a 2 yr old to cure explosive poops?GasX might help.

Santa has always wrapped his packages in santa paper. It's fun to watch the kids unwrap. I have one that unwraps one right after another & another that would open one & put it together before he opened the next. When he got 500 to 1000 piece lego sets sometimes he would still be opening presents after lunch. Also, when they are wrapped if they get up during the night to peek they can't tell what santa left.

My kids stomachs can't handle the grease & everytime we go there we all have an upset stomach we get home, but my daughter loves the little fries & shakes & we go there when its her time to choose where we go to eat. We don't let her choose that often.

I always thought people who bought Kirbys were crazy until my mother bought one. She decided I needed more than her & gave it to me. I LOVE it. Once I sucked something from under the sofa that was metal & I broke something in it & had to take it to the shop. The shop I took it to gave me a loaner ( a different brand) while they fixed mine & then I realized how much better my Kirby was than other vaccums. I've had my kirby about 12yrs & its only been in the shop once & then it was my fault.
